I f 18 thought it would be fun to attempt my one of my workout routines I used to do when I played volleyball and I know this is about my running ability but I’m going to do a summary on the other stuff so first and foremost I can’t do a push/even hold myself up and it took me 8 minutes to get up the next one was sit-ups which I couldn’t do cause first I’m weak as fuck now and i literally can’t cause of my belly 😭 and i had to rest for 25 min after those 2 because i needed a break 💀 so i decided to skip everything else and go to the running exercise back then i ran 2 miles a day and obviously i knew I couldn’t do it now but i wanted to try and i counted myself down i went 3 2 1 and started but that’s the thing i literally couldn’t start im to fucking fat to even start running it’s not only that I’m fat but I lost a lot of my muscle I just had to lay on my floor and pant and all of this shows that I just wanna get fatter basically 🤤
