Now I’m wondering, if I link my account to Xbox, buy the sales on there, and then link it to my pc, can I use those vehicles I bought on Xbox, on pc? Or do they have like a “Xbox access only” criteria with this?
Negative, an account is either console or PC. What you purchase on one platform will not be accessible on another.
Back in the day, there was a limited time frame during which you could transfer a console account to a PC, but that option has been unavailable for quite some time now.
