I use these panels all the time both for roofing and as utility panels around the farm, even for outdoor shower surrounds!

Tetanus usually comes from bacteria in soil, it does not come from rusty metal by itself. It is highly unlikely that there would be tetanus bacteria on these panels.

He was all, we only have baths anyways, and I am only on the farm a few more years anyways, I didn't even want to ask where he got it from
