Does anyone know of some examples of Greek literature where there’s vore?

I.e.: the cyclops that ate Odysseus’s men.

Do you think vore exited back then too? lol

  • Kronos. All the kids except for Zeus were eaten by their own father, reread it over and over as a kid not understanding why. Yeah now I know.

lol hahaha yeah that makes sense I had forgotten about that myth honestly

  • Greek Mythology is a reason I'm familiar with vore, creatures like the Hydra and Cerberus could be icons way ahead of Cell and Serleena.

The story of Zeus swallowing the nymph Metis was a key to the vore house for me.

Wait, did Cerberus even eat anyone in Greek myth?

  • Charybdis if i remember correctly is a sea monster that manifests within a whirlpool and swallows whatever falls inside it 🤔 Kronos is the famous example where he swallowed the Olympians in fear they would depose him the way he deposed his own father.

Not technically Vore but I think it’s said that Athena was born from Zeus’s head. He had a headache one day and ordered Hephaestus to crack his head open to relieve the pressure and out came Athena.

Tartarus, the underworld jail for the titans is actually the massive body/insides of a larger entity named Tartarus.

Vore as a concept is something that is as old as life on Earth. When we were small water based organisms fleeing from larger creatures. When we were monkeys running and climbing trees to avoid a predator. Vore as a fetish/interest is probably fairly new in the grand scheme of things as humans are not in danger of being eaten alive nearly as much as they were in the past lol
