calories are energy from food which is carbs and sugars.. carbs are sugars your body cant eat carbs so it converts to sugars.. but for some people it struggles so we gotta eat low calories and sugar alternatives. BUT we can still eat the same by being SMART! or way more actually. ice cream total sugars percent if you check in the ones on the shelf some of the basic plain vanilla is 11% or 12% but it tastes awesome! greek yoghurt thats so sour it almost hurts or you wanna spit it out, is often 11% sugars.. but icecream gets whipped and more aerated. see how with cement we might foam up a bucket of car wash with bubbles with a drill mixing and add dry cement and a plasticizing agent and then mix them all and maybe add a little fibre glass strands and or some epoxy for 50% lighter and less materials used same strength or HIGHER and it might look smoother. So whipped cream also not as bad as people think in calories while delicious!

being concerned about sugars and poor health i learned i could eat massive punch bowls of low sugar or zero sugar jelly/jello and a heap of tasty strawberries or smoked salmon or theres a type of noodles like soba noodles thats awesome healthy low calories but even lower close to zero cal is japanese konyak jelly noodles. they're not tasty as japchae sweet potato glass noodles of korea but if you put them in a japanese curry or miso soup or something you could have quite a large portion also. curry can be high calories but if its just a tiny seasoning broth or stock for the miso its just got curry leaf in there or something its often okay.

So i think a lot of the chocolates and things could be improved like the 80s aero bars. mmm. or umm cement.. i just dont get why i ever wasted years tasting greek yoghurts gross. Ice cream is superior in that regard. 1% difference i'll take the plain vanilla ice! i think i could sit through a vanilla ice ninja turtles movie if i was promised ice cream.
