Without competition, my Oikos Zero Vanilla, Ezekiel Cereal, walnuts and sliced strawberry parfait. Absolute heaven that I look forward to every single night (dessert).
A nice big bowl of greek yogurt and berries has been a staple evening snack for me. Something I genuinely look forward to, instead of downing multiple hearty bowls of cereal and milk at night like I would do as a child/teen.
Banana, protein powder, fairlife milk, dannon fit & lite Greek yogurt banana or tiramisu, and salt. Then during the respin I sometimes add sugar free chocolate syrup and Ovaltine chocolate malt.
I’ll try that. I only have a few individual whey packets (chocolate, vanilla and coconut) I haven’t yet found a brand I truly like- works in a creami, but I don’t like that protein powder flavor generally. Eventually I’ll find “the one!” 😂
Yeah protein ice cream from the Creami is so insanely good. My most recent recipe is Fairlife milk, vanilla extract, 1 scoop of Ryse Little Debbie Christmas Tree cake protein powder, and a pinch of salt. Creami it up then add in some ChocZero freeze dried marshmallows for extra deliciousness and crunchy texture.
Plain Greek yogurt with thawed frozen cherries, tbsp of mini semisweet chocolate chips or chocolate shavings, some granola, soaked chia seeds, tsp on honey drizzled on top, and this is key…a few drops of almond extract mixed in. Delicious, filling, satisfying dessert
170g vanilla oikos greek yogurt, ~100g sliced mango, 4g honey, 10g fiber one cereal, pinch of tajin. my day is not complete without a yogurt fruit bowl at this point
Cereal of any brand (believe it or not, sugary cereals are high in volume depending on the brand), homemade and well-seasoned popcorn, egg whites with cheese, canned soup, and carrot sticks made in an air fryer.
There are these chocolate mousse tubs where I live that are under 400kj (96 cal) each. One of those with some fresh berries is a treat I look forward to in the evening!
200g Oikos Triple Zero Vanilla greek yogurt, 200g 2% cottage cheese, 200g strawberries (microwaved.) 40g protein, 332 calories and it's a bowl full of hot/cold goodness. Easy to customize by switching out the fruit. Sub a sliced banana for the strawberries. Cut an apple into chunks and microwave until tender. Add cinnamon. Dice the apple (do not microwave) if you want something crunchy/sweet. Add cereal, granola, raisins, mini chocolate chips...It's so good and filling
I have a creami and freeze well ripened fruit. Have a container of frozen cantaloupe ready to whirl when a craving for something indulgent hits. No need for added sweetener but I do add a bit of dairy to smooth out the treat.
My black bean brownie made with allulose or regular sugar around 120 cal per slice. Cottage cheese cake, pumpkin cottage cheese pancakes, Japanese fluffy cheesecake, lazy cake with biscuits but made with allulose tbs of butter and milk instead of heavy cream, yogurt mixed with cheesecake instant pudding powder and cool whip and topped with heaths chocolate.
One tub Lindals white chocolate kvarg, 85g Philadelphia lightest and 35g protein works Speculoos biscuit heaven protein powder. Whip together with a hand mixer. Good portion size, 287 calories, 49g protein and tastes exactly like the frosting on carrot cake. Absolutely delicious.
1 cup of frozen sliced strawberries in 3 tablespoons of PB2 with 1 tablespoon of sugar free chocolate syrup on top.
Berries =50 calories PB2 =90 syrup =5
Total is 145
I make a protein fluff with under 20 calories per serving, each serving potentially being up to a liter in volume based on how much I fluff it up. Tastes like a cross between a frosty, cool whip, and marshmallow creme.
I've also been making a riff on gajar ka halwa by cooking minced carrots and apples in a pressure cooker for like 25 minutes in a little baking soda, then flavoring with salt, sweet spices, and lemon juice once it's cooked. 2lb carrots and about 4 apples (2lbs total?) means like 800ish calories for the entire batch that fills a big pyrex that I think is 7 cups in capacity. It's pretty sweet for having no added sugar, and I like it cold or warm
Frozen berries in a bowl and microwaved for 2 min so they become a tad liquid. Mix with Greek yogurt, sugar-free maple syrup, and cinnamon, then top with fresh-sliced strawberries. If you use 0% fage or something similar, the kcals can easily come in under 300 and around 36g of protein.
Another go-to for me is Ninja Creami made with a Slate protein shake, some sugar-free Torani syrup, monkfruit, xanthan gum, and topped off with Silk cashew milk. It's 20g of protein and 150-200kcal for the pint, depending on the other ingredients you add.
Ehrmann protein chocolate mousse. 145 cals 20g protein and genuinely delicious. I would put it in my top 3 general desserts ever not just out of the healthier ones.
those trader joes peppermint meringues everyone has been raving about—around 7 cals a piece, and the chewy peppermint with the crunchy/melty meringue is so so good! reminds me of Christmas whenever i eat it

Okios but the mixed berry flavor is so mf good! But I always have the tub of vanilla on deck!
The cherry slaps.
I never had the cherry one before !!! I don’t rly fw the banana pudding one it taste too artificial sweet but it has a lighter consistency
Yes. That first bite is like WTF is this crazy magic and how did they do it?
Homemade ice cream from my creami. Around 250 Cal and 28 g of protein.
What’s your recipe?
Banana, protein powder, fairlife milk, dannon fit & lite Greek yogurt banana or tiramisu, and salt. Then during the respin I sometimes add sugar free chocolate syrup and Ovaltine chocolate malt.
Thank you!!! Always looking for good recipes esp when they’re that low calorie!
for me it's just 400 ml of almond milk and 50g of Whey + some salt and xanthan gum
Oh wow! Simple- I love that! Thanks!!! I have all this, so I’m gonna try it in 24 hours 😂
I have one almost day because it only takes 5 minutes to prepare 4-5 creamis, it's nice to use different whey flavors
I’ll try that. I only have a few individual whey packets (chocolate, vanilla and coconut) I haven’t yet found a brand I truly like- works in a creami, but I don’t like that protein powder flavor generally. Eventually I’ll find “the one!” 😂

Whoaaa the tajin sounds so good! Totally trying this!!
Dannon Light and Fit Strawberry Cheesecake yogurt. 80 cals per cup and you can easily throw some cereal or fruit on top if you like.
Cereal of any brand (believe it or not, sugary cereals are high in volume depending on the brand), homemade and well-seasoned popcorn, egg whites with cheese, canned soup, and carrot sticks made in an air fryer.
Oooh, air fryer carrot sticks sound good. Is it like a fries vibe? What do you eat them with?
Carrot fries are amazing...with salt.
I cut them into sticks, then season them with salt and pepper—a damn good delicacy 👌
Protein mug cake
protein milk shake is undefeated
I make a shrimp, cucumber, apple, blackberry snack plate. Always a treat.

Air pop corn with cayenne pepper 🌶️ and rosemary
How do you get the seasoning to stick? Do you use a little bit of oil or something else?
Sometimes a little Tabasco sauce or vinegar.
Otherwise I just have to rub individual pop corn in the spices.
i love air frying carrots and dipping them in mustard or hummus. For less calories i just dip them in homemade tzatziki and it’s perfection
sugar free jelly, the volume is so crazy I can barely finish it

Baked potato+steamed broccoli+cottage cheese+sliced green onions. I eat this as a meal, but it would scale down to make a great snack.
150g Yukon gold potato: 110cal 150g broccoli: 52cal 100g Good Culture 2% cottage cheese: 100 cal Salt/pepper/green onions: negligible
Total: 262 cal, 15g protein, 5g fiber.
You can add hot sauce or whatever seasonings as you see fit.
Drizzilicious. A serving is 21 pieces, but sometimes it's hard not to eat the entire bag.
Cucumber sliced thin and tossed with tajin
If im feeling really indulgent ill throw in a half cup of frozen mango
Popcorn, watermelon

Plain popcorn, maybe a dust of cinnimon or whatever spice.
Two favorites are:
Ninja creami: vanilla almond milk, zero sugar Jello vanilla pudding mix, a splash of cake batter extract, and rainbow sprinkles.
Cottage cheese, one chopped up honey crisp apple, cinnamon, and a drizzle of honey. Mix it all together. So delicious and satisfying!

What is your protein fluff recipe, please?
I posted an earlier recipe here: https://www.reddit.com/r/Volumeeating/s/7I2Eb13kyA
I've developed it further since then but I'll keep the exact formula a trade secret for now...

Sugar free vanilla pudding made with jell-o packets and plain greek yogurt and water for proper consistency
