I put the mix of vegetables in my rice cooker for 20 minutes, the water from the vegetables cooked them. Then in a bowl added some spices and add the sauce.

Can you tell me for how long it satiated you? Because I want to eat like this to lose weight but am worried that I will get hungry again very soon, and when I'm at work I can't snack so not being hungry would be ideal.
for like 5 hours but i suggest you bring gum, or water, or some sort of zero calorie soda because if get bored at work at some point you’ll probably want a snack or something :)
Two thumbs up! I do basically the same with bags of frozen veggies and assorted sauces, including marinara (though I use steamable bags in a microwave). It's my main meal of the day, pretty much every day. I do add a protein, though.
