I know it’s open from wednesday through sunday but it’s going to be New Year’s soon. I tried to call to gather more information about it but nothing. It’s one of things I want to do before I flight out on the 2nd. Is anyone know if they are going to be open this wednesday?
It doesn't say it's closed.
If it's open, you'll be able to book tickets for the 31st tomorrow morning at 7am.
Website says closed Christmas and New Year's, nothing about the day before.
Check at 7am Monday at their reservation site (tickets go live 7am two days before the date).
Thank you 🙏🏽

Based on this id say yes. This is the only affiliated transportation and they’re selling tickets (though not much if any left). We are here now and used them today with good success instead of having to try and buy tickets 48 hours before
Thank you 🙏🏽
Good information. Until very recently I did not know you could actually book Hanauma reservations with them up to two months in advance with them.
I think it’s new maybe because I originally booked a different provider who runs what I thought was an official hanauma bay website (if you google hanauma bay you’ll run into it) but I tried to get more info and they never got back to me if we had to wait in the standby line still / the only time they had today was like 6am or something super early. I checked again and then found Robert’s listed on official Hawaii page and that it included the admission fee
Official attendance stats from 2024 showed that on average, 884 people actually showed up daily, after making an online reservation two days before. And 657 people walked in. So I guess a tour could get you to the gate at 6:45am for you to get in line to buy a walk-in ticket. The issue is that there may be enough people waiting in front of you that they give you an entry time hours later, I imagine. So that Roberts Hawaii service is worth the guaranteed entry.
