I recorded on a friends phone and we sent the files into a google drive which I downloaded from my computer, but it says media offlin. I tried using ChatGpt which said create a document file and extract ect... but it still isn't working. The original problem was that the frame rate from the videos I downloaded don't sync. What should I do?

  • What's in those files you received? DaVinci requires a Studio license for H.264 with 10-bit color, or H.265, which could be the cause here. Try using MediaInfo to analyze their contents.
