Ooh, interesting! What was in the spice mixtures you used?
It is a base of soaked raw cashew. It has miso, tomato paste, 5 peppercorns, 4 spice (ginger, clove, cinnamon, nutmeg), ground coriander, cognac, cider vinegar, nutritional yeast and the soaking water from wild mushroom.
