These are all made by me, many non-vegan recipes adapted to be vegan (substitutions made on the fly). One main day of baking, prepped some things like the filling for the fig cookies ahead of time.

  3. Italian Christmas fig cookies (the bear claw looking things with sprinkles)
  4. Pecan espresso sponge toffee
  5. Grapefruit rosemary shortbread
  6. Piped sugar cookies
  7. Bûche de Noël
