These are all made by me, many non-vegan recipes adapted to be vegan (substitutions made on the fly). One main day of baking, prepped some things like the filling for the fig cookies ahead of time.
I made:
- Cardamom and cashew cookies (covered in icing sugar)
- Dark and stormy cookies (NYT recipe)
- Italian Christmas fig cookies (the bear claw looking things with sprinkles)
- Pecan espresso sponge toffee
- Grapefruit rosemary shortbread
- Piped sugar cookies
- Bûche de Noël
