Wondering if this color would be ok on my 6 year old son considering I haven’t seen the color in person. Does it lean anymore towards a male or female shoe?

I wish this was actually true. I love women’s skinny jeans as a slightly heavier guy- and I’m only 26 so I feel like this shouldn’t be an issue but I get so much shit for it. My wife tells me I’m hot in them which is all i fundamentally care ab but social pressure is very real :(

I assume painting my nails and dying my hair crazy colors doesn’t help- but gosh is it so frustrating. But thank you for the support!!! I always love meeting other understanding people :)

One day my nail painting, skinny jean wearing and bass playing will get me some positive feedback publicly lol. Thankfully I have my wife who agrees with you or I’d be in a really rough spot, something I struggled with through my teens and early twenties. Luckily I was born in the one spot in Kentucky with a few cool people who understood my vision lol

Soft pastel colors has been deemed feminine by society, BUT I'm of the thinking that a color is just a color. There is nothing gender specific about a color. A color just is. Some colors are dark and moody others are bright and cheery or muted and muddled. How did we end up assigning masculine or feminine when it comes to colors? Just ridiculous.
All van’s shoes are unisex and colors shouldn’t determine gender. Buy what you like and wear what you like, don’t let other people determine what you can and cannot wear
Vans are unisex, especially these. If you're worried about them being purple (which is still unisex but everyone can have preferences) they aren't. Theyre pretty true to that color. Theyre a greyish blue

Idk why they ever made it that complicated to start with
Pink is my dad’s favorite color shirt to wear when he wants to wear his nice outfits btw. Very manly man, rocking his pink polo or pink button down. My male partner also had dyed lavender purple hair at one point and looks great in purple, got tons of compliments, most of them from men now that I think of it. I don’t think it matters what gender they put on a product, if it’s fire it’s fire n ppl r gonna buy it. A lot of guys would argue that pink and purple are VERY fashionable trending colors right now ESPECIALLY FOR SHOES, ESPECIALLY A PAIR OF VANS. It is all personal preference BUT your personal preference doesn’t mean it’s everyone’s preference so why should they tailor the gender of the shoe sizing around which colors u like for it? It doesn’t make it any extra confusing for you while shopping to determine if you like it or not, at least it logically speaking shouldnt? I’m not trying to blast ya w wisdom here but I’m just so confused that someone is hung up on color? Just pick if u like it or not n move on u know🤣
