You will also need a TV that is capable of dealing with 625/50Hz video. It looks like yours nearly does - it's locked horizontally but not vertically. In the olden days TVs had horizontal and vertical hold controls on the back to tweak.
If you pick up a cheapy CCTV CRT monitor, it'll be black and white, but it'll scan from about 40Hz to about 70Hz if you adjust it right. I've got a bunch of the little 9" cube ones, which are great for this, although I have the opposite problem - using NTSC 525/60 sources in the UK.
Edit: just to clear it up - the deck can play either 50Hz or 60Hz tapes (the actual line count is irrelevant, it all just goes on one stripe of tape) and can probably cope with PAL or NTSC demodulation. It might even convert to NTSC for you. It will *not* do frame rate conversion.
Thanks for the info!
Okay so to sum it up, making sure I read this correctly.
I’de need the PAL to NTSC converter, and a different TV?
Would I also need the AC converter?
Trying to make a list of things I need to look at (:
No, your video recorder can play the tapes just fine. You'll need a TV that can scan different rates, instead of being just 525/60 NTSC. You might actually find that a cheap old LCD telly works better here because they have to convert various scan rates just to display anything.
Gotcha, are there any specific ones that would work??
Looked a little online, but wasn’t sure what to look for specifically when it came to the right TV.
I wouldn’t need that AC transformer thing right? Just the TV? And it should run fine?

You'd need to look around at what's available in your country.
Alright i’ll take a look around, thanks again for the help (:
