Agreed! Starr is great. You can also go to Maria Tash downtown and see Ashley. I had a bad experience too. I have been to both Starr and Ashley for piercings and changes. I think I lean more toward Ashley because she actually had to fix my issue and knew exactly what to do expertly. (You dont know how good anyone is until you have an actual problem :)
