I also think we won't fight Gabriel in Fraud, but not Treachery Climax either. Rather, he will be the boss of the Treachery Crescendo and the final boss might be ULTRAKILL's god, or Hell if it survives somehow (since husks, demons, and machines still spawn in the Encores rather than already being there.)
It's likely going to be Hell, but I don't know how they would make it so that V1 can keep going after Hell is already dead. This is why I think it would be ULTRAKILL's god.
