Its a TEL for sure, cant confirm if its S-300/S-400 launcher though. First 100% destroyed, second damaged/destroyed. Belgorod Oblast, around Raevka.

  • Ukraine should be careful with these continued provocations of attacking important Russian military assets.

If this continues, then Russia might finally decide to defeat Ukraine.

It's hard to tell sometimes on this sub, but this was a /s comment, right? Right?

Don't think the Russians and bots always get sarcasm well, so it's a good way to confuse them into upvoting the comment.

Ukrainians are minced while you play war on reddit

And who's fault is that? I have no idea how people on the side of invaders keep pointing out how many Ukrainians are getting murdered over there.

The simple solution would be for Russia to stop it's aggressive war of Imperialist conquest and return to it's own borders.

If you support the Russian invasion, you support Russians and Ukrainians 'getting minced', it's that simple.

    And who's fault is that?

Well, considering the objective fact that the military aggression started with an attack on Donbass by the freshly couped in UA regime, it's the fault of a said regime, its western handlers and supporters...... Oh wait,... the latter is literally you. So it's your fault.

You even keep supporting the regime as it forces the Ukrainians into the mincer via kidnapping. But of course that might be the first time you looking at such a footage raw, in it's full extent. Average reddit user spends his 99.9% digital life marinating in a kind of a western propaganda piss, where the videos like these are systematically deleted by the mods. The rest 0.1% is spent lashing out at fresh air.

the objective fact that the military aggression started with an attack on Donbass by the freshly couped in UA regime

    Highly debatable there bud.

You don't think the 2022 Russian invasion was an escalation?

And no, you're not telling me anything I don't already know, conscription during a defensive war against a larger enemy isn't pretty. I wish there were other ways, but surrender and appeasement of a murderous aggressor isn't a good strategy.

I'm dissapointed in my Europeans that don't see the urgency and seriousness of the situation and have been argueing since all the way back in 2014 that we should provide more support for their defense.

But it's insane to me that some people try to argue that the Ukrainians are the aggressors in this. Pure delusion.

    "Imperialism" lol

    Братан, 21-й век на дворе.

Putin and his cronies have held a tight grip on the reins of power in the Kremlin all the way into the 21st century. Moscow and St.Petersburg are the only real seats of power in Russia and they firmly control both.

I hope the Russian people will finally embrace freedom, democracy, individualism and equality somewhere during this century.

But I'm afraid they'll be worshipping strongmen, dictators and despots who have no concern for their individual lives for a few decades longer.

I'm worried they might send another convoy towards Kyiv soon

Neither Kiev and Lvov look like Gaza or the ukrainian kids look like the palestinian kids - but that can change.

It can't, unless you think Russia can siege Kiev

Let them enjoy their little fantasy

Funny how ukraine has better deep strike capability than russia it seems like.

    Peak world news comment here

The situation of Ukrainian infrastructure proves that you are wrong. The intelligence might be different. It is provided by NATO countries which are not participating in this conflict as we all know

Seems you have forgotten maps showing fly paths of Russian missiles and drones enveloping literally the entire territory of Ukraine. Fortunately for you, such attacks are regular occurrences, so you won't have to wait long for a refresher.

i think Ukraine has better intel/satellite surveillance than Russia, so even though these hits aren't as numerous, they definitely do a lot of damage

Well yeah it's the entire nato intelligence apparatus which ofc is 90% American, but it's very well funded and knows what it's doing

It's arguably ukraines greatest single aid source

  • That looks like a very solid claim to me.

yeap, i dont know if its a s-400 one but its certainly a kill hit

Not really. Ukranian claims it's a S-400 and it cannot be confirmed if it's S-400 or S-300 which is far more common

  • Ukraine having live surveillance over Russian territory is wild.

And where are the short range SAM systems to escort these guys?

    Russia is a joke

The short-range Sams are guarding the refineries

When are you enlisting to take on that joke?

They don't have live surveillance over Russia, its Russian military personnel that posted videos online of the launchers locations. It's your enemy doing your homework for you basically.

Imagine the Europeans shitting their pants because of a joke.

Muricans might get out of this relatively unharmed, but EU? Lol

German newspapers are gold rn, they are in deep shiat.

    Implying what, exactly?

What does that have to do with Russia being a joke?

Germany's economic downturn could cause the nation to reclaim its reputation as the "sick man of Europe" from the 1990s.

    ...

This decline was attributed to multiple factors: A lack of urgency in diversifying its energy supply before 2022 leading to increased energy prices (coinciding factors include the Russian invasion of Ukraine...

Because Europe isn't at war, nor is it at war mode, we don't want war, were doing the bare minimum. Russia is a psychopath currently to have as a neighbor.

Russians are behaving rather conventionally, and have signaled that they will do something about the situation for like twenty years. Nothing paychopathic about any of this, and any sane country in their position would be doing the same thing. We certainly would.

  • As per usual. Every Russian launcher is S-400.

I mean it could be, but it is an s-3 or 400 that's for sure

Yea but everything gets branded as S-400 and identified as such even though, as you said, it could be an S-300.

S300 are still very expensive and valuable pieces of equipment…

You don’t say? And here I thought they were dirt cheap. Not that Russia has them in larger quantities.

So significant loss 1 or significant loss 2 Lots of other things to argue about besides this

I mean if you read the title it clearly says 'claimed' and the description says it could be either so, sounds a bit like projection.

I did. And that’s what I’m saying. That it was “claimed” as an S-400 with no verification whatsoever. I’m not blaming OP. I’m actually referring to the source itself so maybe look up the word projection before using it arbitrarily?

  • 2 launchers out of action indefinitely.. The surveillance drone is also flying right above the 2 with no issue so no jamming wonder if it was good Intel or Russian ad teams becoming complacent

Complacent? It's perpetual incompetence, haven't you learned yet

So why did they exterminated Ukrainian male population?

    Because they are genocidal monsters.

Hilarious, that is why 95% of dead are soldiers.

Doesn't matter, a side that exterminates a nation's whole male population is genocidal.

Open the border then and let people leave. Easy.

Sounds like you're talking about Zelensky

  • Nice hits, lucky target for AFU

lucky.. or they had help/intel from an "outside source"

Doesn't really matter either way Russia has still lost 2 expensive and hard to replace systems

Not too hard, they produce about 4 regiments of s400's per year. And its to be determined if this was an s400 TEL. And they had 580~ ish TEL's of the s300 before the war in Ukraine broke out. It's a valuable hit for sure, but not hard to replace.

Atleast 1 of them is committed to India, or 2 if Russia delivers on its promise, there has been delay in delivery of much needed S-400 systems to India so I wouldnt say they are that easy to replace

They can probably deliver the S-400s Turkey wants to send them back and avoid making a dent in their annual production...

  • This is actually good for Russia because now they can pay themselves to make more.

  • 3/10 for the explosion, I expected so much more from the title.

AA missiles are mostly rocket fuel and guidance system and very little explosive. Solid rocket fuel does not even explode confined in an intact rocket engine, it's definitely even less likely to explode if you peel its can like a banana and expose it to air.

Consistent with other images of AA strikes, and the whole weapon system is going to be doomed just the same.

  • Anyone else that saw the second one push the brakes and could hear him cursing?

I could hear his thoughts lol.

"Can't go forward." "Can't do a u-turn." "Drone probably incoming while we sit on tons of solid fuel."

"Okay boys we're getting out of the truck!"

  • Russia got cooked here

  • Unlucky that they were on the move

  • and the 'war' continues.........

You do not need to put war in quotation marks. This war is expected to be decided on the battlefield.

According to some delusional individuals, this isn't a war but a "SMO."

According to some delusional individuals, this is a war against all of NATO.

I'm ok with the SMO definition, just with a slightly different meaning for that "special" than the one putin probably had in 2022.

That’s just a legalism to get around having to do mobilization, martial law, etc. Of course it’s a war - Putin himself calls it a war.

  • .could be any kind of truck.

  • Heavy loss

  • Looks to me more like a pair of resupply vehicles. Usually you don't see those TELs driving around on their own. It's also more likely that air defenses along resupply routes would be weaker than near the battery. The expensive parts are the missiles anyhow, so it's a big hit either way.

The S-300s deployed in Belgorod are definitely S-400s though.

  • Why would they just leave their most expensive launchers like that in the open, well inside UA drone range?

Imho, not s400, or just random fake objectives, or they are stupid af.

Definitely a launcher but probably not a S400.. So close to Ukraine I'd bet s300

  • Voluptous if non-fraudulent.

  • I can say that Ukraine destroys at least one S-400 launcher or radar every month.

  • sorry fellas but those don't look like launchers, those look like regular semi-trucks carrying some kind of munition sure but not an S300 launcher lol.

Absolutely horrible take, they are very clearly launchers for s-3/400, you can literally see the individual tubes and let's say that they weren't(they are) they are at least carrying large air defense missiles any way

  • I think it’s time for Russia to withdraw and take accountability for their own embarrassing failure. Unable to fully annex a country that was once in your union. It’s like if the US invaded Mexico and then failed to take it over.

Can US take over Mexico tho?

Not if they call it a SMO and send in the army with parade uniforms

  • Looks like fuel trucks.

As a rule of thumb, if it spews glowing chunks everywhere, it is solid fuel - which means a rocket or missile. There is a solid 0% chance this was liquid fuel.

    It was a drone explosion.

    Bro.

Drones used to target that kind of stuff have a light warhead. It's not a Shahed you throw at a school to turn it to dust. You don't need a big warhead because the target has no armor and self-destructs the moment you hit its ammo.

Moreover, there is no solid fuel in these drones, and solid fuel isn't used in warheads either. That's simply not how an explosive weapon going off looks like.

The footage literally screams "missiles got hit." First time on these airstrike videos?

First hit looks pretty consistent with some kind of munition cook-off

Liquid fuel doesn't burn like that. This was a solid hit on some kind of AA missiles, maybe s400 maybe not. Russians shouldn't have had them that close to the front.

No way there should be black smoke
