The sport already has problems with being a sausage fest, and creepy comments like the guy you replied to definitely doesn't help. But luckily in reality the creeps usually get weeded out by the 40 year old brown belts.

Granted, as a small woman, I was taught not to lift my legs from the ground like that because the other person could slam me onto the ground and do serious damage to my back. I didn't look closely, maybe she's doing something to prevent that by ensuring he'll get hurt badly in the process.
I suspected something like that was going on, but he also starts out with his arms wrapped around her back so I wasn't sure if that could still be a problem. In real life, I'd still be concerned about getting slammed. The radius and ulna are fragile, but the spine is more so
