Had an interview last week although I had accepted a role that’s starting in January. The pay for last week’s role is £10k more than the one I have accepted, but the company seems very weird. They have horrible reviews on glassdoor.

I have been unemployed since last academic year, so if I get the 10k+ role I don’t know if I want to accept it. A lot of redundancies in the comments too

  • Reach out to someone who left the company to get an honest lay of the land. Presuming you like the sound of the job you accepted and there are no warning signs, that role sounds like the one to take. Your gut often has powerful intuition — learn to trust it.

  • Honestly. Id rale the lower offer.

Stability is more important right now. Get a job under you then you can always job hop afterwards.
