Yeah of course! The role is in Systems Engineering, at a company that has a lot of aero/astro engineering projects, which overlaps somewhat with my degree.
I went to a somewhat average uni but admittedly it's quite good for what I studied. I didn't manage to get an internship, but I did have a small 2 month work experience in my first year at IBM as a software engineering.
If you need any more details feel free to reach out happy to help, and Merry Christmas!
Thanks, and I applied in a couple different fields from Software engineering/ Data analysts to some engineering disciplines. Ended up in systems engineering which has so far been quit. a nice blend of the two fields I was interested in.
And yeah it's pretty low, I was really just focusing my applications into a few really good ones in jobs I was interested in and guess that worked out for me. I was also busy outside of that as I'm on some research papers so couldn't job hunt all day you know.
Cheers I appreciate it, and it's Systems Engineering in aero/astro space. My long term goals aren't really in this field but it pays well, is good experience that's related to my degree and is quite fun, and in this job market that's all I could ask for haha.
