When you make purchases in store at B&Q you usually get time limited vouchers.

I have an upcoming large purchase I need to make from B&Q and was wondering if anyone knows what the conditions are for getting certain voucher values. In particular I know they do £40 off when you £200 or more and would like to save on this big spend.

  • Read the T&Cs as they don’t apply when buying items from vendors. Been bitten by that a couple of times now

    And also it might seem obvious, but looking up the same items/vendor on google and buying directly from them might save you more money than buying from B&Q.

  • Also remember to scan your B&Q card BEFORE scanning a voucher at the checkout. If you don't, you "use" the voucher without getting any discount. Woman at the till just shrugged and said it's on the voucher, which it is if you look carefully and it's below the damn barcode.
