Dan Farah says paid bad actors online are trying to discredit The Age of Disclosure

"The the only the only comments like that I've seen are on social media from people that I know are bad actors.

There's a number of people who are just legitimate paid bad actors."

Dan Farah | The Magnificent Others with Billy Corgan

Billy Corgan talks with filmmaker Dan Farah about The Age of Disclosure and the explosive claims from 34 military and intelligence insiders who say UAP activity—including over Area 51—is real and long concealed. They dig into the alleged 80-year cover-up, a hidden Legacy Program tied to crash retrievals and reverse engineering, the rebranding from UFO to UAP, and why disclosure is happening now—touching on nuclear sites, global tech races, and what it all means for humanity’s future.

  • Y’all are getting paid?

  • No one paid me yet

Why would they pay you if you already do it for free

How do you know he’s doing it for free?

    Are you?

These guys (in the video) are not doing this for free?

Who paid for the political ad these comments are under?

What’s that got to do with the price of tea in China?

I'm one of the paid actors pretending to be upside down in Australia. Trust me, the checks never come.

There are probably a few paid actors in this sub, but I doubt any of them post as skeptics.

(I used to doubt that there were any old-school shills for UFO influencers/grifters here as opposed to just hard core fans, but now I suspect that some posters here are getting a depressingly small paycheck for their work.)

Yeah it’s pretty bad, Russia has a death grip on UK social media so much so there are big university projects to stop it.

    "As skeptics"

It's fairly obvious that the angle is now some sort of controlled alien themed release due to the CIA/government approved "whistleblower" narrative. For a program and agency shrouded in deception, why would they be honest now? People are awfully forgetful that for the last 60+ years officially certified lying to the public has been a tool to manipulate and obscure.

The idea that anyone releasing anything today that goes against the wishes of a deeply compartmentalised program, advanced well funded contractor, shadow group, breakaway civilization or advanced alien race is absurd, anything we hear about that isn't rapidly buried, as in literally erased without a trace even from the internet archive, is clearly a half truth, if that. There have been leaks before of non-public aerospace projects iirc and it just disappears and can't be posted on social media. They likely blacklist photos based on a reproducible hash and send the IP onto relevant agencies.

Protecting national secrets is something they don't fuck around with, they don't put it on Amazon in the number 1 grossing UAP film, produced by Lou Elizondo, is obviously not what people think it is. It is not some tell all that has been secretly worked on and released catching the program off guard, it is a continent distraction or further manipulation, like everything Lou seems to do

Same here, expecting that check anytime now.

  • If you're not naming names and who they're being paid by, it's a useless, baseless claim.

We live in an era of useless baseless claims. People are gullible enough they even elect people who tell them baseless claims they want to believe. And it's always someone elses fault when they fail. No accountability.

It's incredibly telling that he's trying to drive a wedge into any discussion about the topic like this. "If you want actual hard evidence, you're obviously a bad actor" is a really shitty take from someone that supposedly believes this is all real. I don't accept former intelligence members telling me stories. I just refuse to accept the guys who lied and covered up this and much more now totally telling the truth and not all possibly doing something else. Bring out a dead or alive body. Show me a material science can't explain and has been studied by verified and trustworthy scientists. "You don't want stories and videos? Wtf are you.. an agent?!" Is unhinged and unhealthy for this subject matter.

This is the entirely of all UFO stuff.

    "Trust me bro", is everything.

  • Im not a bad actor or a bot. Im a huge supporter of the cause, and an experiencer. I dislike the fact that I haven't had a chance to watch this new groundbreakingly monumental movie yet. And the director is doing interviews talking about how he left parts out for part two. Just disheartening. I am still going to watch the movie, and I reserve my judgment until I know more.

You already know about all of the information if you've been following the phenomenon for some time now. It's worth a watch, just don't expect to learn anything new from it!

    Prepare to be massively disappointed

To be fair, you have absolutely been able to watch it. You have chosen not to pay to watch it. Not the same thing. This community is very entitled if we believe that we are owed free viewing at launch thus preventing the filmmakers from earning a living.

And he goes into detail on the JRE episode about specifically what he would add in Part 2. It’s nothing new as well to any serious member of this community. It’s Skinwalker Ranch Hitchhikers, Remote Viewing & all the paranormal stuff that goes along with UAP.

  • Why is the new thing claiming that people who disagree with you are actually faking it? Just accept that people have different opinions.

    It’s not a new thing.

because it's way easier than arguing your case.

It's not new, I've been called a shill or agent for years, I'd guess at least a decade if not more.

    Yea it’s complete nonsense

  • What I find amusing is that this narrative just dismisses literally any critique as "bad guys". It's actually quite immature really

Absolutely. Why not just say "who" these bad actors are then.

It helps there cause when it can be everyone and anyone. Even if they dont exist. Anyone pushing any agenda should be scrutinized. Period. And that's all this is.

Its funny how this sub's rules put a far higher standard on random redditors than on the ufo notables whose content is regularly posted here. Like they can make unsubstantiated and/or off-topic claims all day, call all their critics shills and bad actors with zero evidence, prosleytize etc etc and have all that stuff reposted here. But if redditor posts a similarly unsubstantiated/uncivil opinion, it gets removed. Ironic.

It's almost like it's completely deliberate.

And it's coming from someone who's framing NHI as a threat to humanity. Also saying that we need to forgive for the deaths, defamation, and general societal setback caused by hiding this information.

You could call it unscientific even

  • What evidence was actually shown in the film that is yet another earth shattering expose of nothing?

How much you gettin paid? I'm trying to hold a couple dollars.

Paid for what exactly? Calling out the b/s?

It was a joke. However, I'm always down to hold a couple dollars. I did all my skepticisms for free. Nobody told me I could get paid for being rational.

I was not sure because so many people on here call you a bot or a paid disinformation agent! Im just tired of he said, she said.I heard it from an ex cia super secret operations specialist who heard it fro a guy blala, blah, blah.

Never any physical evidence or even high resolution vids. Same old crap year after year from the same people.

The only good pics I have ever seen come from a US submarmarine from the 1960's I think from the USS Trepang but even those people claim are ballons.

  • It’s just the same recycled information every two weeks. The circlejerking is actually insane.

  • Who’s paying actors?

  • Why so much hate for skeptics? It sets a bar this movement or community continually fails to clear. They would all shut up or be ignored with incontrovertible evidence.

I think one issue is it's not:

"I'm practicing skepticism, so I need all sides to clearly state their case. And I'll comment without giving any perspective the benefit of doubt on anything. All claims need to be verified to the same degree as much as possible"

    That would be awesome!

    But instead we generally get:

"I'm very skeptical of a particular perspective. That perspective gets no benefit of doubt anywhere. They must verify all claims to particular degree. However another perspective I will consider 100% true until proven otherwise. No verification is required. There is a overwhelming burden of proof for the other perspective."

Hopefully people can see, if one strips away the specific topic, the issues with many alleged 'skeptics'.

What are the “sides” in this particular instance?

Why does any of that matter? It’s like sports fan complaining about the refs causing your team to lose.

It can be true the refs suck and made terrible decisions but in the end if your team is good, a few blown calls won’t lead to a loss.

Skeptics are great. Uncurious, claimless, and/or professional debunkers are not.....although I do wonder what would comprise "incontrovertible evidence" for, say ,Mick West--a professional skeptic who IMO is a relatively good faith actor, relatively speaking.

Sceptics are one thing but debunkers are quite another.

Not really a difference in intentions. Stronger evidence will sway the average person. The debunkers at that point can shout at the clouds.

You'd like to think that but we have former presidents saying we have things happening in our skies that we don't understand, and videos of said things releases through DOPSR indicating some weird shit, and the debunkers are still claiming victory and apparently the entire department of the navy can't identify an f14 plume since it's "obviously that."

  • Ok show us your evidence

  • I think the more informed on this issue you are, the more you dislike this documentary because of the obvious half truths it tells to further their own agenda. Not everything is a government conspiracy ironically.

Wait. You're missing out on a paycheck..... or are you?

Seriously, you're going to have to make the effort back up the "obvious half truths" claim by at least listing them and explaining why they're obvious if you want to be taken seriously.

What are your specific problems with the doc? I thought it was pretty good.

  • Reddit - I believe this, so everyone else is wrong. That's it pretty much. The nuance of people having their own viewpoint or perspective is lost in modern life. So people "discrediting" Age of Disclosure are fully entitled to do so. Here in this sub, if you disagree you are immediately a government agent.

  • My god he might just be a member of this sub. Lol.

  • I bet he has zero proof of that too.

    Lmao, pretty accurate.

34 high ranking officials telling the same story is proof of something. Either they're all lying/psyopping us, along with thousands of reports on MUFON and NUFORC from people with nothing to gain.. or something's going on

Videos don't mean shit out of context

34 high ranking officials telling the same story is proof of something.

No it's not, millions of people will say God is real, that doesn't make it so. Words are cheap.

Ah, so the mission you've put yourself on is the defender against what you perceive as superstition?

Well a group of people saying they saw something isn't much evidence. You can find hundreds of people that say they saw God in a burnt piece of toast.

Shit you can probably find a lot of people that think Pokemon are real too. Doesn't make it real.

But the God ones are misinterpreting what truth is because of faith. UFO's are not a religion. Multiple witnesses reporting the same thing, in many cases, should ring some bells as well as high ranking officials speaking out about the subject, for decades. it seems obvious that something is being covered up, at the least. Say it is a psyop of some kind. Wouldn't you want to know?

Sure, but I put as much weight in there words as anyone else.

There are multiple independent witnesses to Joseph Smith's story of the golden plates and Mormonism, it's still bullshit. They say they've seen the golden plates as plainly as they see you or me.

Didn’t you know a random Redditor hold more credibility than high ranking officials?

I love that for some reason the sub loooves to shout the credibility of officials, but the sub censors you when you point out the current professionalism of the people in the govt right now and their involvement in conspiracy of heinous stuff.

could also be people cherry picked because they believe these things for one reason or another. What about the millions of military or government personnel that don't appear in this documentary?

Military contractors have blank checks and the govt oversight is compromised and/or complicit in everything they do. They are likely to be 20 years ahead in terms of technology which the government is responsible for covering up any time R&D results in something being leaked or spotted. They test tech against our own military because those sites are already isolated and secure. They probably have plenty of civilian victims as well as people recruited via disappearance.

UFOs are a useful cultural phenomenon because it covers up the issue without anyone having to do anything that risks exposure. These contractors could be lazy about secrecy and face no real consequences because teir tech gets labeled as a UFO before they even realize they were recorded. The military obviously wouldn't like that so they would need some way of pressuring them.

Unfortunately the contractors would hold all the cards in such a scenario, and this awkward disclosure narrative is the only way to do it without giving up the game. They don't even have to tell any public figures anything compromising, just let their fascination with UFOs take the reigns and give them the access/TV time they want.

Nothing about this is much different than the reality of MK Ultra, which was just several high ranking CIA dudes with a blank check and a fascination with hallucinogens. They abused people while reporting back to others in the agency that they were keeping pace with Russia in the development of highly threatening tech. It only stopped because one of their victims committed suicide in a very public way.

Imo, this stuff is only in the public eye because there are multiple factions within these agencies now.

I gotta get on my soapbox again and say that humans are biased towards making themselves and the times they live in the most important and consequential in all history. Especially when it's not true. Humans have always considered the discovery of NHI as the biggest thing that could ever possibly happen. Whether the NHI is divine, ancient, or cosmic, it is built into the mythos of most cultures on the planet. This makes it an extremely appealing idea.

But if you look at how unlikely it would be for two space faring civilizations to exist at the same time in addition to how difficult it would be for even an advanced interplanetary civ to discover Earth, it becomes obvious that there is nothing different now than there was thousands of years ago.

We are in the backwater of a single arm of a backwater galaxy that is only gravitationally bound to one other galaxy. We are beyond the reach of 99.9% of the universe even if they did see us. Our signals have not traveled very far at all, and none would be recognizable or unobstructed by the time they reached anything that could receive them.

It's not aliens. It's just us, inflicting horrific violence and abuse upon each other like we always have. Telling stories about great ones above, below, or beyond like we always have. These stories are told by humans who are chosen, lucky, or enlightened in a way that makes their claims unfalsifiable, like they always have been.

  • About as verifiable as his other claims, I guess. It’s marketing, a good “us vs. them” story juices sales.

Waiting for Age of Disclosure 2: The Good Stuff This Time, I Promise.

  • Now I know that Billy Corgan has a podcast, which is dope

    Billy Corgan is a hybrid

I'm pretty sure he's a rat in a cage (with lots of rage)

I've met him in person and chatted with him for an hour or two (but never knew about his interest in UFOs etc). He seemed like a good guy, TBH.

He's actually reported seeing a girl turn into reptilian shape shifter whilst they were having sex. Rock star supplies are wild.

    [deleted]

That was a really interesting video! Wasn't that the same video about the Ep$tein survivor who said she saw his face change

A trafficed survivor reported they saw Epstein do something similar. This is not off topic.

there is no interview where corgan says that.

no where in any of those interviews does he say the shapeshifter changed "whilst they were having sex". closest you get is 'they were naked' in the room.

got to be accurate with the claims.

  • Love the work around for not having physical evidence that can be tested by the scientific community. This is what makes me think, they’re all paid actors. Psychical, testable evidence should be the bare minimum for a discovery like this. Shut up with anything else.

  • I believe something is out there, but I also a believe the disclosure people(many) are socially engineering what outcome they want. They want the tech.. They have to scare us to get their hands on it. I’m tired of all of this. Jaques Vallee is one of the FEW I trust in this space.

  • 1) Rubio said his quote was taken out of context for a movie 2) Billy, just grab your guitar and start off with Gish and go from there.

  • Yeah, but there is no 4k video of a UFO over a nuclear weapons site, is there?

  • I paid to rent the movie, honestly I feel like it was pretty bad and extremely over-hyped. I was bored within 10 minutes and there was no new information for someone slightly in touch with the subject. Mostly a bunch of people going on camera saying that they know something but they can't say what it is, but trust us bro, it's totally true.

Also, the Murica! Fuck yeah! attitudes present throughout were rather obnoxious. Everything was framed like.... "What if our enemies get this technology first, oh no, our security!" And America seemingly now counts anyone outside their borders as enemies it seems, if aliens exist I don't think that would impress them at all.

The more I think about it the more crap I think that movie is, and the people behind it now look a lot more like grifters in my eyes.

  • Dan Farah is a hack. He seriously is talking about about people being paid when he's the one charging money? He's mad his film sucked and people rightfully think packaging interviews from government employees (who don't get paid for those interviews) for profit makes him a douche.

He has no shortage of press but what has he actually said? Nothing we haven't already heard. He's a hack. I'll take my check now.

  • I am sure there is disinformation out there. The problem is the trump administration is the least trustworthy administration ever. When Rubio says he isn't commenting that could be because there is some truth or it could be because he is keeping the conspiracy campaigning alive. Right now the right runs on conspiracy theories. So while I agree the 34 men are evidence I just don't trust Rubio at all.

Right now the right runs on conspiracy theories.

This has certainly been the case for the right-leaning US UFO conspiracy pop culture wave of the 1990s, where The X-Files straight-up recycled talking points from William Milton Cooper and the militia movement.

But for this wave, a ranking Democrat (Schumer) is leading the UAPDA charge, and that's hard for me to get my political head around.

All I can figure is that it's not all just populist drum-beating. Rather, like the generative AI data center buildout, it's being led by very powerful true believers who are doing bizarre things because they really believe in bizarre premises.

I still don't believe that there are actual physical crashed UFOs in hangars. But I believe men like Schumer believe that there are.

This level of belief in high US circles, and extending across the political aisle, worries me. I think very bad things can come from powerful people tearing the country apart looking for something that isn't there, and then blaming a conspiracy of "bad actors and gatekeepers" when they don't find it.

So I observe this situation with great interest. Whatever is happening, aliens or no aliens, it isn't normal.

  • The film literally addresses that people at the highest levels have trouble accepting the classified knowledge they have, and that they supposedly have a crisis of identity with their religion etc, but the film even addressing that everyday ordinary people will find it hard to accept or not accept it means we should then attack those very people the ENTIRE film is aimed at who as expected question it and not take military and politicians who've spent decades lying, manipulating an defrauding the WORLD at face value.

Pot, kettle?! It's laughable at this point.

    • "The Age of Hypocrisy"
    • "The Age of Irony"

    The alternative titles. 👍

  • I would love to be a paid bad actor. I’ve been thinking this guy is full of it for free.

I find the findings interesting. See how he acts and all the others releasing information and holding back information is what ruins their credibility. Don’t make it look like a cash grab and about your ego.

  • This is just the next step: blame the critics.

The critics are raving about it and saying it's Oscar worthy so I don't think he's blaming critics. And what more do people want? this doc and many others have government officials, pilots, military men, and politicians coming forward. It's time skeptics stop ridiculing people , discrediting and just plain ignoring and accepting the fact that they're real and they're here.

He’s blaming the people who are critical of the doc’s content.

We just had a post yesterday about the poor critics' reviews, and everyone was rationalizing how that was good, actually.

  • Wow who is supposed to be signing these paychecks?

    I’ve yet to receive one…

I wish I could just blame “bad actors” whenever i do a bad job at work.

As long as you don’t work on a film set, I suppose…

  • There will not be a disclosure because there's nothing to disclose.

  • The phenomena is real and UFO lore is real but let's be real. Age of Disclosure is nothing more than an expansion of the security state masked as disclosure.

There are good actors but most entities are opportunistic actors seeking money, power, and control, which really is no different than the bad actors.

  • Did Billy press him about personally calling businesses and stopping them from showing his film for free? Or was that another hoax too? The story was so wild that I immediately questioned its validity. But I would like to get a response from him directly. Too bad if Billy didn't touch on that.

  • A paid actor decrying imaginary paid bad actors more at 11.

  • I want to believe that there is a better future for humanity

  • Bruh if they are paying, where can I apply?

  • Oh what’s wrong Danny boy? Box office receipts not adding up to the down payment on that beach house? Anything produced with a profit motive should be heavily critiqued. I bet there is much evidence of this hogwash as there is for the rest of this “documentary “

  • The world is a vampire.

  • I'll gladly be paid to talk shit. Anybody hiring? Lol

  • The biggest thing I cannot wrap my head around for the life of me is how anyone in government can spend money and it not be traceable.

How are these deep black projects being funded? And if its tax payer dollars there should be a trail somewhere. Why has no one followed that trail OR how is hundreds of billions of dollars just disappearing? There is a person or people who deal with the money - find them.

What do anyone who works on these project file on their taxes? There's got to be financial bread crumbs somewhere

  • If Age Of Disclosure were to present at least a shred of physical proof for the existence of NHI/UAP, all the paid bad actors in the world wouldn't be enough to discredit it.

In the absence of any physical proof, Age Of Disclosure is a very well made documentary that says nothing new in principle. Everyone is aware of the claims made in the movie, and everyone is aware that no matter how fascinating they are, we have no proof for any of them.

People may keep talking about crash retrievals, black ops, legacy programs etc. until they start foaming ... all that means absolutely nothing unless a crashed UFO is provided for public examination.

  • where is my check?

  • Is that Billy Burr?

  • Can Lockheed coordinate with Soros so I get both checks at the same time. That would be great.

  • It discredited itself the minute it was so hyped up on the national security narrative. I would actually say that it made significantly less of a believer/hoper.

  • “The Magnificent Others” is easily the most pretentious title to anything I’ve ever heard.

  • half the interviews in his supposed documentary have memorized their stiffly delivered lines--and are thus actors.

  • Marco Rubio did NOT put his life on the line. In fact, he got a raise.
I can't say what motivates people like Lue Elizando and his crew, or David Grusch but they are not whistleblowers with fist hand experience handling ET craft or biologics. They are, or were, government employees who saw reports or spoke with people. And the only reason anyone cares is because their testimony is wrapped in the National Security blanket.

  • It’s over man. At least for a while. Mainstream news isn’t even following up with the White House on the documentary.

They’re still barely covering the topic. They haven’t reached out to James Clapper and asked him about his statements or anything.

It should’ve been released on Netflix or at least for free on Prime..

Marco Rubio purposely got on Fox News and tried to pour cold water on the momentum the documentary was gaining when it first came out and it has worked to a degree.

Trump and folks in his cabinet who were public about wanting to address the issue have all been silent about UAP since he and others got into those positions. They’re completely ignoring Luna and her Task Force on UAP related investigations. Everything else, Trump and others have congratulated the Task Force efforts. Something has definitely deterred them behind the scenes. At least for now….

Senators are still quiet, playing games with their statements and are backing away from the topic because there’s barely any public pressure. I can’t count how many times people have told me they don’t care about aliens..

First hand witnesses are still afraid to go public and a lot of them have most likely given up after going to Congress and Inspector Generals in classified settings and seen no action..

Everybody isn’t Grusch and even he admitted that if he worked in the crash retrieval program, he wouldn’t haven’t been able to go public

We keep hoping these 1st hand witnesses at least go public, in mass or something but they’re just too scared

We heard something like that was supposed to be happening following the release of the film I’d be shocked if it happens

  • Marco Rubio opens his mouth for a lot of things. I’m not getting paid but hey maybe this administration is perhaps the worst one to give information on this me thinks?

Rubio opens his nostrils for cocaine

  • Ah the soros buxs paid actors are so 2015

  • Oh yeah the opposition is all paid shills … the funds originating from Big Little Green Man. I have to go into hiding now because I let you know the truth. Farah of course isn’t paid a cent by anyone. He just wants you to know the truth, and doesn’t have any kind of career promoting Alien woo. None of them do. The Big Reveal is just around the corner, as usual.

  • This guy is so full of shit. Ain’t no one giving me a dime to use some critical thinking skills.

  • Not Billy Corgan 😱😱😱

  • Anyone being remotely critical of anything here is labeled a bot or a bad actor. People don't want to have conversation. They want their own beliefs validated.

  • People who receive envelopes from publishers, talking about paid actors.

  • We can get paid for our skepticism? Damn, I've been doing it for free...

  • Every accusation is an admission.

  • I said it in other occasions and I’ll say it again. These guys are taking you for a ride. All of them. From the point of view of the people that desperately want to believe, they dangle the promises of conclusive evidence, earth-shattering videos and high-ranking officials finally confirming that the phenomenon is real, while playing into the paranoid kayfabe of the conspiracy theorist, who wants to feel like the X-Files’ Lone Gunmen: the government is after them, there are bots and disinfo agents behind every corner, ready to discredit the truth. Any criticism is easily dismissed as the insidious lie of a government agent (meanwhile, if there are any bots in this sub - which I doubt - they are 100% on the side of the UFOtainment crowd). At the same time, this theatre appeals to the skeptics as well (admittedly, like me), who are tempted to follow the subject from a distance, keen to scoff at the latest outlandish stories, to debunk yet another video of blurry dots or balloons, or feel smart while laughing at the folks commenting that the balloon tumbling in the wind is “totally a fourth dimensional object phasing through our tri-dimensional reality”.

And so, documentaries like Age of Disclosure become best selling on amazon at $20 per head, while we all pay Dan Farah’s and Elizondo’s mortgage. And the funny thing is that the more outlandish and devoid of evidence the stories are, the more effective they are at generating views: from the skeptics (easy target to debunk) to the believers alike. It’s all a game.

    Yes I’m a skeptic.

Meanwhile, this space curates a distorted view of reality that doesn't even let ideas like yours be expressed. I've been banned for making similar comments.

Don't forget government whistle blower going in and out of congress. Doing Mc duty running senate hearing or get hired as congressional staffer. While getting no questions ask prime time cable interviews at will. Totally normal for whistle blower.

Yep, and apparently whistleblowers are allowed to do regular podcast interviews stating that they can somehow reveal that the US government has an above top secret UFO crash retrieval program and multiple UFOs stored in their military bases. They're allowed to say this as long as they maintain their supposed NDAs, which they can do (conveniently) by keeping their statements vague enough.

And we are also meant to believe that there are no money to be made here, while /r/UFOs has 4 million members with 486k visitors/week and 12k contributions every week. Nope, absolutely no cows to milk here. Absolutely no incentive to turns this into an entertainment circus.

We have whole industries who think there's a market for podcasts, monetized channels, books, streaming video, movies, etc. But the believers know better that there's just no money in it.

(Unless you suggest that those people release their earthshattering revelations for free, then suddenly everyone will explain that you're depriving these whistleblowers of their livings.)

  • So, I have had a couple of first hand experiences including one broad daylight up close sighting of a metallic sphere. I want some fucking answers as much as anyone. But how am I supposed to take this guy seriously?

Let's examine what he just said:

He says only paid bad actors are out there questioning the claims made in the movie.

When asked for an example of what a paid bad actor might say he uses "Where is the evidence?" as such an example.

He also rather hilariously asserts that half the human population would still be asking that question when faced with 4k video of a UFO.

So, lacking such a video it's reasonable that most people are understandably asking for more evidence.

I guess anyone who demands evidence beyond the word of those in the film are paid by... the deep-state elite gatekeepers of alien secrets? The fucking illuminati? Come on.

I'm tired guys. I'm tired of these people asking us to take their word for it whilst preemptively casting aspersions upon people who quite reasonably don't. It's not a good look.

I am wide open to the possibilities of UAP. It's the intent and character of these people I am increasingly suspicious of. This reeks of a modern reimagining of Ahnenerbe. Where are they taking us with this? Will they use the presence of UAP or NHI to justify extreme surveillance? To mythologize or demonize specific subsets of the population?

Every day I have less reason to trust these people, not more.

  • What's the harm in identifying these people, pointing out specific posts, I wonder? IMO, Farah would find a ten minute chat with a decent libel/defamation lawyer reassuring. And who is hiring people to hide Mylar balloons is very important data.

Slinging nonspecific accusations makes it look like he's just promoting his film.

  • Okay so name them?

If you know for a FACT that these people are being paid for their role on social media then it stands to reason you have some kind of proof?

Otherwise you’re ironically just talking out of ass about people talking out of their ass.

Shit is so dumb it baffles me sometimes.

  • Bill Corgan has a fucking podcast lol who knew

  • Skeptics are constantly moving the goal posts to say UAPs aren't real and this is all explainable. I see it all over audience reviews online for Age of Disclosure and any discussion forum about the movie including other subreddits.

The main argument is that there's 0 evidence which is such a massively uneducated claim. Dr. Garry Nolan tested material recovered from a crash site and found layers of Magnesium, Zinc and other metals that have isotopic ratios not found in our solar system and they were perfectly layered in a manufacturing process that would be impossible to make even now, let alone several decades ago when this object was recovered.

Also NASA, AARO, Department of Homeland Security, other sections of government all acknowledge the existence of UAP and have released videos. So if these things exist and they outperform any terrestrial craft, then where are they from? Skeptics move the goal posts further and further. The vast majority of people haven't had the ontological shock that many of us on UFOs or other subs have had.

Acknowledging that we have made observations such that it is hard to pin down the precise mundane explanation is very different than claiming that anything remarkable "exists." And since those videos have been released, plenty of mundane explanations have been proposed.

And Nolan did not prove anything was "not from our solar system." He found some unusual isotopic ratios, which happen all the time in nuclear, aerospace, and weapons-lab materials. That does not mean alien. The layered Mg/Zn structure he showed is standard thin-film metallurgy that’s existed since the Cold War. On top of that, the sample has no verified chain of custody. It came from a private UFO collector, not a documented crash. Nolan himself says it’s interesting but not confirmed extraterrestrial.

And he found those at… checks notes the Trinity Test Site… where… ya know… we blew up advanced metallurgical bombs for quite a few years.

It’s almost like Tim Taylor took Dr. Nolan for a ride, knowing he would be an easy mark.

There is no definitive evidence. At best there's some anomalous data/events that serve as an anchor point for a ton of unsubstantiated bullshit. Having and maintaining standards for evidence and proof isn't "moving the goalpost", many people here just don't like it (therefore they try to disparage it) because it challenges the belief in all the stories and unsubstantiated claims packed into ufology.

In all likelihood Dr. Nolan, immunologist, is exaggerating his claims about his supposed material science discoveries (far outside of his wheelhouse), otherwise he could get his results published in a reputable journal and use his academic connections to conduct additional research.

As for the other stuff, this is the typical rhetorical approach of people on this sub to throw out vague, overbroad generalities without specifying what specific evidence they claim to be citing.

Dr. Nolan has published his paper in Progress in Aerospace Sciences, so I’m not convinced journal reputability is the issue.

    https://stanfordmag.org/contents/first-contact

The paper itself is problematic on many levels, in methodology, investigative techniques, case application, and conclusion relying on witness testimony and other un-cited inferences. The paper does highlight several confounding factors, it was cautious to definitively conclude the origins of material, and raised valid concerns for the lack of publishing in other mainstream journals.

His goal was to create a channel for other scientists to participate in research, and more importantly it signified their research met the high technical standards and formal scrutiny to be published in the Aerospace journal. As a result, the journal has since established a collection specifically for unidentified anomalous phenomena, supported by editor in chief Dr. Max F Platzer, so I consider it an important advancement toward more research, which I think should be everyone’s goal.

  • Does Bill Burr have his own podcast now?

  • The third the made my head hurt.

  • He is referring to Greer I presume

  • Rubio is his saving grace

  • I was like "yeah that guy can definitely smash pumpkins" before i realised it was actually billy corgan.

  • F2 movies it’s FREE

  • Anything pushing the fear narrative isn’t worth my time.

  • If he has any guts, he should say who is funding DarkJournalist. Go ahead Dan. If you have the goods, spill em. If you don't, book Lue's next gig.

  • He's right, I'm collecting my paycheck right now.

  • Sounds like projection.

  • Corgan is buds with Alex Jones. Lmao

  • To anyone who hasn’t seen it: watch the film. It’s great. And when it gets an oscar, and is free to watch, the buzz and the new viewers is going to push the movement forward.

  • I cant believe Billy Corgans half brother is Bill Burr

  • Smashing Pumpkins are good as fuck.

  • Your movie heavily features Lou Elizondo, but it’s the critics who are paid to spread disinformation lol

  • This kinda feels like a massive projection…

  • What?

Who is paying them for this? Suspiciously rich furries?

  • “Everyone who disagrees with me is a paid shill”

“Everything I disagree with is fake news”

    I hate this timeline.

    1. I'm a debunker / skeptic and I liked the movie a lot. In fact, I think I'll watch it again.

    2. So far, the only people here that I've seen badmouth the movie are true believers in UFOs.

  • So criticism = paid "bad actors"?

A pathetic argument that anyone can use to try to negate criticism of something that has little merit.

  • This argument is as lame as claiming everyone who’s not with you a bot. It’s easy, cheap and lame thing to do. Oh they claim movie was bad? Well they’re paid to do so or they are trolling bots!

  • I call bullshit.

  • And the names of these bad actors are….

  • Paid bad actors??? Dude this documentary SUCKED.

As others have said, Lou Elizondo’s credibility is NON EXISTENT. You don’t get to be the super-secret clearance government spook AND the UFO disclosure guy. You just don’t.

Almost every single person in this doc was some kind of government-connected ding-dong and there was zero new information given.

I’m sorry but, if this guy’s intention was to make a groundbreaking disclosure documentary, he failed. It came across as another propaganda piece.

  • I suppose every piece of criticism in this field is a bad actor. It’s real easy to say that instead of defending the veracity of your content

  • I only saw 33 paid actors in that movie.

  • 😆🤣😆🤣 Why am I not wealthy then. Oh wait.....

  • [deleted]

Are you a paid bad actor? If so, where can I apply because I need some side cash.

Who's paying you? Are you a bad actor?!

I’d say I’m a mediocre to above average actor, sheesh… just because Spielberg went another direction for Disclosure Day, you’re gonna roast me like this?

    I’ll see myself out.

It wasn’t meant for you. It was meant for the part of the population that isn’t already “incredibly interested in the topic”.

  • Steven Greer has a big point about all these ppl still getting their income from the govt. and all being completely tied to it. This would only be government disclosure at best. Farah is the next piece in the movement after Delonge. Same and similar ppl telling him whats true. Same and similar message.

To say its not disclosure is false, but to say its not exactly what a powerful portion of the govt wants out is ignorant. If you can't see this, you aren't paying attention or your algorithm and/or the psy-op has taken hold of your thinking. Take a breath. Who do you hate right now and why? Did you hate them in 2015? Do you really think the world is so different? Or do you think your perception has changed with all the crap we've had forced on us since (and starting way before).

We are in a reality that is attempted to be controlled through information and the twisting of it. This is the next step. For those who don't think there is anything to this, with half of the govts in the world moving towards it, historical data and observations for thousands of years, and the modern information from pilots and astronauts, military personnel, etc., as well as electronic data (shit, if you're not paying attention, you don't know that it is now 100% repeatable process to summon orbs... of plasma? Skinwalker Ranch has put it on TV for years. Bledsoe, Greer, and Skywatcher among others are also proving to repeat this over and over), there is something to it. Maybe someone knows exactly what, maybe not.

Along with the above mentioned data, we also know that the modern intellegence agencies sprung up from ww2, which was funded by very particular groups, and after the war, through operation Paperclip, and the Russian equivalent, the scientists behind the cutting-edge tech in that era were all piled together to work on whatever this is as it is 100% tied to nuclear tech as well. Physics was classified and changed. I am not saying this proves anything except there was an effort made to keep the public away from this modern tech, and keep it in the hands of an elite few.

Eisenhower saw it play out in front of him. He tried to warn the world. His successor listened and tried to break the intellegence community in its infancy. They took him out, and completed the process of taking control of whatever this science is. Don't fall into the trap this group has created for society. Review this general info and form your own thoughts as to what happened and why. We shouldn't accept anything that a group of politicians and govt officials are saying as unfiltered. We need to shake off the psy-op and algorithmic control that had deteriorated our brains over the last 10 years. We shouldn't trust anyone who tells us they know anything for sure, but also recognize the fact that this is something. What? I have my own theories, and not all of them involve aliens or anything beyond normal human activity. That doesn't mean I can ignore the facts throughout history and especially exploding around us presently. We need to open and ready for anything to happen next. One thing they all seem to say, its happening within a few years.

  • Allot of the comments here, are excatly what the paid bad actors would type. lol. Top tier irony 🤣

Pretending that people who disagree with you are in on the conspiracy is one of the mechanisms that keeps people trapped in custody theories.

Are you in charge of sending the checks? Can you just Venmo me instead?
