In general, breakfast burritos are an item that receives much more attention and care in preparation on menus in many establishments located in Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona, California, and urban areas in Oregon and Washington. There are still restaurants that make breakfast burritos that would be familiar to midwesterners, but it’s very rare to find an establishment that makes a high quality breakfast burrito like Lito’s in this part of the country. For many people from those areas, it equals the loss of a favorite.

I’ve lived in many mountains towns in the west and grew up in SLC. We truly survived off breakfast burritos. It was a once a week thing for my friends and I (when our metabolisms could handle it); whereby truly every person out there has their ideal breakfast burrito spots. I’d some nasty unspeakable things to have the “Betos” culture here
Don't confuse it with Britos. If you do, you will be very sad.
Andale is the best
Andale is fine, plenty of places have caught up to and passed Andale in terms of quality and speed.
El Camino in Edina is a personal fave. Taqueria La hacienda in Richfield (elsewhere too) is top notch for some close by options to Andale
Andale is good, as a Californian I’m partial to Lito’s and El Sazon
I can't speak to the others but Lito's flour tortillas are elite. Honestly, I can eat the tortillas with their creama dip on their own; the fillings just make them so much tastier

Lito's is so good but so pricey. Never would have tried it without so many endorsements.
