It’s been a year and a half since I left homosexuality to pursue Christ. I’ve lost a lot of friends but I’ve gained so much more. God is truly transforming my life and for the first time I feel possibly like one day I may be married with a wife. While marriage is not my goal, I’m open to it one day. It’s a journey for sure, but I thank God for His precious son Jesus and for true deliverance. Just wanted to share here for anyone who is believing for the impossible. I shared in another Christian group and was saddened by how many people don’t truly believe in the supernatural.
Walking in a narrow road is challenging but God is with us 😊

This is a good question. I haven’t put myself in a position to test that theory lol but I do have an innocent attraction to women. I’m naturally a leader and protector. I am sure that if marriage is what the Father wants for me one day that the physical desire to be intimate will be present. I haven’t crossed that bridge yet. Still walking in purity. But I do have a general attraction to women.

This thread is hitting on many people's personal struggles. Opinions are strong and all-over the spectrum. For those of us who subscribe to the Word of God, and anyone who feels the Holy Spirit tugging at your heart to make changes, let us simply rely on God's Word.
Jesus shows us in Matthew that there are impossible situations for man. And some here contest that leaving Homosexuality is not possible for them.
So we can read more about insurmountable problems in Matthew 19:26 where Jesus states: "With people this is impossible, but with God all things are possible."
Simply boils down to putting the problem in God's hands.
And with faith the possibilities are assuredly endless. I know as I too have struggled with insurmountable sin, sin that Jesus delt with, and I, nolonger have to.
This world has many difficulties, asking for a little help from Jesus is not.

Yes, most Christians have a form of godliness, but deny HIS power. That is why they rush to the corrupt world and mankind to be healed (physicians, pharmakaie), for provision (work, investments, how to be successful), for protection (vaccinations, guns), etc....the more you deny the world -- turn your back on everything the world has EVER taught you, the more God works miracles in your life. Jesus was literal when he said to take up your cross (your burdens) and follow HIM. You cannot follow two masters. Jesus hates those who are lukewarm. Go all in on HIS protection and provision ALONE or deny Him completely. Don't be a wishy washy.
Don't say you are a believer and then go spend $700 and take Ozempic for your fat ass. Satan LOVES that!! He comes to kill, steal, and destroy.....taking your money, giving you side effects of his sorcery, worshiping the medication....and then destroying your body anyway.

Milo Yiannopoulos has recently claimed on the Tucker Carlson show and other platforms that "nobody is gay" and that homosexuality is, in "almost every case and certainly in every male case," a "trauma response" rather than a genuine sexuality.
Can you relate to that statement at all? Do you believe it was a trauma response?
I can agree. And by trauma response I believe that trauma serves as demonic access points. Demons use trauma to enter our lives. Whether it be spirits of fear, perversion, etc. and they can be masked with mental health colloquialisms. But really, demonic entities. That’s why deliverance is key.
I was possibly molested at or around age 4. A buried memory was revealed in my adulthood regarding possible interaction with an uncle that was mentioned by another family member my entire childhood was marked by sexual activity. By family friends and the like.

Great question. While I was a teenager I had innocent feelings of attraction to girls but I was sexually active with the same sex starting at age 4. So same sex attraction and acts have been prevalent since I was very young.

Same sex attraction has significantly reduced since I’ve given my life to Him. I’m crucifying my flesh daily. But I can say that I’m a new creature.
Oh to answer your last question my brothers friends would visit and there was one who I engaged in acts with as a child who was about 6 years older than me. The attacks came on my life early and unyielding.
