On 7th December last year, I had top surgery. I had 375cc,HP,round, smooth implants over the muscle. I went from an A cup to a D cup by Dr Di Taranto at enhance medical group in Hammersmith. Did anyone else wish they went bigger? I wished that I had pushed for a DD
I wanted C cups and was expecting implants around 350cc. My surgeon doesnt do the usual "try these on in my office and decide what feels right", he asks for a photo of what I want and then uses sizers during surgery to determine which size implants to use. I ended up with 445cc moderate profile implants and DDD boobs, much bigger than I wanted (I am nonbinary). I wish they were smaller. I mean, i love them, but they are hard to hide. I just chalk it up to how cis women dont get to decide what size their boobs grow to. My surgeon said he could size them down, but I dont want to have another surgery and need a breast lift. C'est la vie.
I got 370 two weeks ago, and maybe a little bigger would have been nice, but I'm still pretty happy. My surgeon outright wouldnt go over 400 because of how small my frame is.
Absolutely, I had 790CC high-profile UTM which is basically the largest implant easily available in Australia (you "can" theoretically get saline to 930cc but could not find anyone to do it)
I started at DD and ended up as G. I know it sounds big but I'm 190cm tall and wide. After the surgery I was like Is that it. So I'm currently saving for an international trip so I can get more but there's nobody in the hemisphere that will admit to doing bigger
