Hii it’s been a year and a half since I got my bottom surgery / SRS and my results aren’t as what I expected them to be… my canal is there but it doesn’t have a minora that connects and the middle part which is the urethra has a lot of spongy tissue that I might need to get it trimmed down… I’m just feeling a bit sad and would love to hear your advice on how I could make it look more aesthetically pleasing as well as more close to a cis vulva? And if you have had a revision how was it like especially with what you had revised, how was the second stage of healing?

I also am able to orgasm and have sex and lubricate it’s just that I feel like the erectile tissue above my vagina where my clit is gets erect and bent a bit and it feels like a penis that’s bent inside… I’m happy I have my vagina and she’s the best thing ever, I just wanted to improve the aesthetic aspect and also just get rid of my scarring including the small tissues that feel like a bean floating… idk. Could you guys give me advice and thoughts? Thank you! The second and last photo is during arousal btw.

  • Which surgeon did you have your surgery with?

  • I think it looks totally fine, I would think it's cis if I wouldn't know. But the angle makes it more difficult to tell.

If you want a revision, removal of the erectile tissue and whatever else you think bothers you can easily be done and consulted with the surgeon. I also find it important to ask the surgeon for his opinion, maybe you can show a picture of a cis vulva that you want to have your aesthetic matched with and ask the surgeon if that is doable.

  • Does it hurt? The top part? Seems like it hurts.

Other than that I think it looks fine. Definitely take multiple professionals advice before going through another surgery, you don’t want to loose the abilities you mentioned.

  • If you feel like you still have a journey ahead of you but be strong take it day by day and remember the dream, God bless sister x
