I've been considering FFS for a while now and wanted to get this subreddits feedback on it.

Are there any areas that are particularly masculinizing? Any recommendations on what procedures would be useful?

    Here’s what I think:

    Brow bone + orbitals + brow lift (coronoal incision)

    Instead of a traditional hairline lowering, I recommend hair transplants to round out the corners

    Don’t touch your nose; it’s so cute

    Jaw

    Chin might actually need a genioplasty to strengthen your side profile

    Trach shave if you think you need it

    Other tips: Remove your sideburns/ round them out

  • Your face is very similar to that of my ex wife. She's cis. You don't need FFS, trust me.

  • The usual. Forehead/brow lift will have a big impact for you. Don't lower hairline. Go for the coronal incision option.
