So i have my vulvoplasty in a few weeks starting the new year off right ya know but im getting a vulvoplasty with 1 inch as a "dimple" is what my surgeon calls it i have a bed table peri bottle and donut pillow plus feminine hygiene products for post op at home i tend to heal very quickly as an example i had 2 feet of intestine removed and i was doing 10 laps around the surgical floor on day 2 every few hours ive never taken narcotics for pain for any surgeryi have had i also left same day for ffs back on topic what was recovery at home like? Was it difficult? What do you wish you had any products or anything? anything you can tell me about recovery you wish you personally knew?

So, I’m currently 10 days out from my minimum depth/zero depth vulvoplasty. These perineal ice packs that I found looking under postpartum must haves are amazing. They can be found on Amazon: https://a.co/d/8Rew5i1 , and I highly recommend.
In my opinion and personal experience this past week and a half, is invest in a dual temperature and dual nozzle bidet attachment for your bathroom. I personally was able to find one that I liked, had the controls and functionality I’d wanted on Amazon as well. Link: https://a.co/d/9KuXN6v
I hope these couple things help you out as much as they have been for me, and best of luck with your surgery 🤗.
Thank you very much
