Several coaches at The Zest in Roppongi speak at least basic English, and a few are willing to repeat things in English for you during class if you don't understand what's going on. They have a wide variety of weekly group classes that are all in Japanese, but as a non-Japanese speaker I have had no trouble understanding their instruction. Some of the coaches are willing to do private lessons in English as well.
