Hey guys,

My TikTok account got hacked on the 1/12/25, and I still don’t have it back. I’ve sent so many details only I would know, to include emails with my account name going back years, my account literally logged in, additional emails and details only the account owner would know- even the email from TikTok saying that my account email address was being changed to some random person’s email.

I have thousands of saved videos, messages, followers- I’m beyond upset and I keep getting the same answer that they can’t verify my account details- I just don’t know what to do. Is there any way I can escalate this? I’ve been back and forth with this since it got taken from me, and it’s just really badly pissing me off that some asshole can just hack my account and now it’s apparently unrecoverable. Has anyone had a similar experience? Did you resolve it?
