Yeah it just looks like his shoulders are up, which could be for a multitude of reasons. Awkward posture posing for a photo, cold because he’s been swimming and it’s windy, shrugging or laughing at something someone said.
Turns out any time you adjust your posture you become trans!
I'd say I'm especially weirded out by trans-vestigating dead people. Aside from it being "that ship has sailed," it also seems like easy prey because dead people can't talk. Essentially, dead people lose their autonomy when they die and anyone can put whatever spin on that dead person's life with almost no pushback. That's why conversation about some dead people oscillates between hero worship and vilification, you can make the dead person whatever you want... Hence, too easy, transphobes, go trans-vestigate someone who's alive.
