I wouldn't be shocked if they arrest these people. I've heard stories of ethical hackers disclosing vulnerabilities on par with what this guy did who have been arrested and put through the system.

Anonymous was made up of a bunch of kids. When I say this, I mean the under 25 crowd. Most but not all. These days all those people have real responsibilities to think of. Lots of really important things to lose, stuff they worked a long time to get. That's why I don't think you see much of that type of hacktivism these days.
Most of what I know of that type of crowd. They avoid anything that can land them on the Feds radar. You have to have incredible OP sec. And even then, the surveillance state is do deep, who really knows just how way l easy it is for the Feds to find the most secure hackers.
Back when anonymous was big there were hacks/attacks carried out against local city cops. My understanding is that the Feds helped to nail most all of those people.
The messed up part is that Biden's administration had access to all of this. They did nothing. And as we are finding out, administrations going much further back had info and did nothing.

I disagree, vehemently. Biden's administration had some big wins and all of them were completely undermined by his failure to protect our nation. Trump has always done, or at least tried, every awful thing he promised. And it was "centrist" democrats, leading the charge calling progressive liberals a bunch of alarmist. For trying to warn people of what was coming.
His administration spent the better part of four years sabotaging VP Harris. I can't pretend to know why but the idea that whatever you call these "democrats" were just as vested in serving their billionaire overlords as the GOP. Just in different ways.
They also "redacted" the.text by using highlight text color of black, so you can just edit the text documents by making text highlight color clear and VOILA! Unredacted documents
