this is likely for normal human battles. you can't manually target shit there

would be funny as hell if this isn't there and index just brick themselves lol

I assume it's also for if you try to target an enemy/part but a faster unit takes them out first and cuts off Faust's attack.

That or so that turns where enemies with huge attacks that ends the turn just don't end up giving you one stack when you can't do anything about it

Also, since nobody brought it up, my first thought came to the pequod trio

The Gods of the City know the difference between a focused encounter and a non Focused one and so forgives this Proselyte.

The Will of the City knows that so long as you tried your best, thats what counts.

This is probably for if an enemy dies and stuff like that before you are able to use your skills

I wonder if her check failed line will be her failing a prescript, or failing because the prescript said so

Yet another kills themselves on check failed <3

What if in that mirror world, the index god is more compassionate.

You were obviously supposed to use Ishmael’s EGO to change the target order, thus allowing Faust to fulfill the prescript

    parent
  • 3 points Feeling_Mission_4439

Don't the prescripts make lighter punishments for Index members?

    parent
    1 points OpeningRandomDoors

From what we know, no, they don't

You could in theory, as a member of Index, randomly get murdered by another member, because prescript said so.

It's all according to the will of the city and what's best for the Index as a group, not you as an individual.

the prescript is vague enough that you don't need to hit them while alive only, just hit them with a skill whenever but danteh cant target corpses in gameplay so we got this
