Hot take: as someone who wasn’t around for the letter sub civil wars, H is one of the less useful letters, in the context of creating a language. Personally I wouldn’t even want the existence of a letter that’s literally just the sound of exhaling, and ends up being silent half the time anyway. Save that spot for an actual useful letter, like 1 single letter for what is currently ch, for example.
