I’m Jewish and it literally doesn’t bother me. I just say “thank you” and wish the other person a happy new year. Why would I take away someone else’s joy for a holiday?
I won’t apologize for saying Merry Christmas! It’s a national holiday because most Americans celebrate it. I’m so sick of people trying to change what I say because it hurts someone’s feelings. Grow a spine, nobody ever dies from hurt feelings!
Ya it would be better with like Happy Hanukkah or something similar. Instead of Happy Pride.
But it doesn’t bother me, a gay Jewish guy, to be wished Merry Christmas and not Happy Pride. I know the person wishing me is just being nice and it’s a cultural thing anyway.
I’m not the majority and i understand that. So I’ll have to compromise on certain aspects and honestly with all the shit going on what someone wishes me is pretty damn low on the list
I've been wished a Happy Hanukkah before, and I'm not Jewish. I just smile and bid them a Happy Hanukkah as well. I'm not getting my panties twisted because I celebrate Christmas instead. I feel like a majority of people are like that. The spirit of the season is to bid each other good cheer, no matter the holiday they celebrate. I think a lot of this "conservatives HATE it when you don't say Merry Christmas!!" bullshit is more fiction than reality. Not saying it doesn't happen, but it definitely isn't nearly as widespread as these people try to push it to be.
Lol many of my coworkers are not Christian. In fact, they're Muslim, and many don't give a shit if you wish them a Merry Christmas. They'll return the greeting back to you. The OOP is virtue signaling; their 'good intentions" reeks of self-importance.

Are they saying being gay is a religion?
To some of them it definitely is
One time I heard the phrase "leftist theology" on this site, really made me think.
Don't care. Must spread jolliness to everyone
One is jolly, the other is grooming
One is a religious festival celebrating life, the other is a month people took to celebrate that they eat dicks
Hey! We don’t eat dicks, we consume them.
Well at least the guys do, I have no clue what those lesbians do and I’d rather not find out

Same. I’m also Jewish and have been wished it many times. I know they’re just trying to be nice.
The fuck. No it’s not.
Wishing someone happy pride or merry Christmas doesn’t assume anything. You’re ok if you do one or the other or both or neither.
This gay Jew says it’s fine to wish someone a Merry Christmas.

Proof they’re trying to turn the LGBTQ+ community into a cult
The sentiment is there, but the examples are egregiously misplaced.

Why do these people want to push the narrative that their so-called "Pride Month" should be recognized as an official holiday?
Wasn’t facebook super conservative a less than year ago?
Where did all the facebook moms and old people go? Isn't that like 90% of the userbase?
