    I have people that I’ll fix their pc for them. The last time I didn’t get paid for it was a few years ago. Here’s the thing though, I don’t charge for individuals, just businesses. They pay me anyway. I made $100 the other day just looking to see if I could fix a computer when I knew I probably couldn’t. The guy asked me how much he owed me and I told him nothing and just to do something nice for someone else as repayment, pay it forward. He wouldn’t have it.

    Ohhhhh good to know, since I'm the mod of this sub! Lol thank you! I didn't even think of that, I thought they were just being weird, but that makes so much more sense. You know, the other subs I mod are all delisted, so this kind of thing doesn't happen (bots cannot really find delisted subs on their own, you have to know about them or have them hit the front page for any to find them, but since there is no list of them, they stay bot free. Being delisted sucks for increasing traffic, but it does have that one silver lining.) So I never think of bots when I am on here, but I do catch them once in awhile, or I get a report that clues me in- but now I'm going to know what's going on when the OP makes a comment that simply doesn't make any sense.     Tom Delonge lives locally and has collaborated with the padres a lot. They first started playing this song between innings after he did a mini performance from the stands between innings during the playoffs year before last. They play this bit almost every game somewhere around the 8th inning and it’s always a hit. If he’s in attendance they probably put him on the scoreboard.

    He's from Poway just outside of San Diego. One year I took my family to San diego for a july 4th holiday. We tried going to the beach july 4th morning but it was foggy and cold, we ended up driving into the mountains and had an awesome july 4th in poway which has a really cool steam train in their city park. For a canadian it was a quintessential july 4th party.

    How mf bizarre must that be? It's not at a performance, it's just at a game that you're trying to watch with your kiddos. You hear a song you wrote when you were twenty and the whole crowd is singing along. It must give him such a sense of accomplishment as an artist. I'm envious, truly. And here's the real kicker, He's just kinda silently trying to be cool in front of his kiddo. He knows they have had to deal with dad being a pop star their whole lives, and he just wants to watch a game with them. AND I'm sure he's praying that they don't throw him up on the jumbotron to ruin the whole moment. What a cluster kuss of emotions. Love it.
