Follower 2 should be looking to pass but isn't sure if they'll make it passed both 1 and the Diesel. All 3 should be aware that the line is growing and could start slowing down increasing following distance to help get the chain broken up but nope. Once 3 commits he's gotta outspeed and pass 2-3 Diesel lengths going full speed in the tiny window he has with no outs.
Driving like this should be punished by taking away your driving license for life. Driving like this with passengers inside your car should be prison.
