No, but being broke and hitting curves in a clapped out ‘96 Accord 4 banger, on 4 mismatched tires, 127k mile brakes, cracked windshield, loose control arms, and a blown shock, all while blasting the radio on 2 revivable channels, should be a viable ground for bragging rights? 😆
Oh, it legitimately is viable. But that is not what happened here. The wealthy sportscar owners don’t really drive their cars like we do. They never learn the eccentricities of the car, and they make sure it is serviced and brand new forever. No character. Thumbs down
He's not driving home, that's for sure. I saw a 300ZX go airborne over 2 washes and land on the 3rd after losing his brakes at the end of a long straight. He was going fast. Flatbed home, couple hundred miles. Ouch. He and his GF were OK.
CLASSIC newb move. Rounded that apex and discovered way too late he needed to slow which shifted his eight to the front tires instead of the rear where it was needed. This is only a track move where you learn with each lap what your car will do in this situation, on a public road this is what you get.
Gentle left hander over the crest of a hill… Guessing they hit the crest too fast and they were a touch too light on the ground, or too airborne to make the turn. Always scout roads before sending it on them.
Am I the only one who drives slow as hell during these because I am ready for someone to spin out or crash being stupid and I want to be able to avoid them?
how in gods name does that even happen
People living out their private fantasies on public roads.
damn. video games really are rotting the mind of adults 😂😂😂
Californicatcation
Engines have more available power than the friction of the standard tire these days if you mash that accelerator.
She's mashing it.

ooohhh that makes sense
You know how, statistically, everyone rates themselves as an above-average driver? Turns out that money doesn’t imply skill.

He rounded a blind turn too fast, needed to brake but found track conditions beyond his capabilities.
it looks like the wheel was ripped straight off lol

My guess is he went pedal to the metal, panicked, and didn’t let off till it was too late.
Accidents happen.
Wait, wait I’ve got this- the C7 was trying to milk the C8 and the C8 didn’t appreciate the cold hands
Driving like an idiot.

Bless you, my good redditor. I have just found my favorite new sub.
I'm hooked.
"What had happened was..."
"Hyuk, hyuk, watch this!"
Every Corvette deserves an owner. Not every reckless owner deserves a Corvette.
When I first got my DL I heard a lot of stories about cracking up Stingrays
It used to be that Corvettes were the highest single car accident car type in America, but they have been replaced by a Ford F-150.
I assume just by sheer numbers.
Yeah, it’s sales volume combined with height. They are often in top ten stolen too.

Well, that and a higher insurance premium as well as a costly ticket for driving to endanger...
Just a nice drive up the coast, it’ll be fun they said….

Hey you cant say that. There's no crowd there
High horsepower cars with low-IQ drivers always makes for compelling viewership.
There seems to be some juicy grass in the field, mustangs crave for that. It’s in their dna
ENDING UP IN DITCHES, CORRECT!
This well give the Vet club something to talk about for a while.
And it's likely the PDR caught this whole thing
Last pic, everyone getting their stories synced for the LEO.

Am I the only one who drives slow as hell during these because I am ready for someone to spin out or crash being stupid and I want to be able to avoid them?
