His handshake guy was used so well. Sometimes shows will overuse a character that only needs to be a very light touch. Exercising restraint can be a really tough thing sometimes and the writers handled it so well. That last bit where he fakes out the handshake with Sam was so good.
I’ve often thought if I could have been cast to play one character in Ted Lasso it was Mae, the bar owner. She’s smart, independent and people respect her and listen to what she says. She’s a no-nonsense voice of reason and a dedicated AFC Richmond football fan. Everyone knows her and frequents her Crown & Anchor pub, but she doesn’t have to carry the show.

I love them too. Was watching Beard after Dark last night and it just now hit me that they are never shown going to a game, only practice. Made me a bit sad for them.
Bumbercatch is the best. Not only is Colin right in saying he’s fit as fuck, everything Bumbercatch says is absolutely hysterical. Criminally underused imo.
Least favourite is probably Jade, though I think that maybe I’m just biased by her close proximity to Nate’s storylines.
And she made me realize I needed to up my dry humor game. Also, according to my wife’s Polish co-worker, an excellent portrayal of a someone from there.
