Hey everyone, I’m new to TFT and I was playing yesterday when something happened in the game that left me so confused lol. I was final 2 and was against this person with a really strong team. Like when combat would start I could not see any thing and then I could, except all my team was dead in like less than 3 sec. I think it had something to do with the persons fiddle, but was just wondering how to counter that. At the time I was running a void team so idk if that affected it.

  • Probably a 3 star legendary/5 cost fiddle. 3 star legendary/5 cost is very hard and rare to get. If you get you basically insta win

  • Seems like the 3 star 5 cost, you are not supposed to win these every Single one is basicly a auto win out

    I have seen a 3-star Orn draw out against a 3-star Garen 4 straight times

  • Sounds like they hit a 3 star 5 cost. You can only counter by hitting your own 3 star 5 cost or prismatic trait. Otherwise, there are only 9 copies of each 5 cost champ so buying them before they buy them all is a preemptive counter.

    *except if they have duplicators, in which case getting a copy simply increases the amount of gold they will have to spend rolling.

  • There is nothing to do against that, especially as a new player.

    Don't worry about that, and just keep going.

    Might seem crazy, but so it is, it will happen much less regularly when you get better and climb the ranks.

  • 3* Fiddle 1 shots the entire board with a cool animation. It's a good idea to scout the other dude's board and see if he's close to a 3* 4/5 cost. Simply buying 1 fiddle completely prevents him from 3*ing it (if he has no duplicator)

I think it had something to do with the persons fiddle Diana, but was just wondering how to counter that. At the time I was running a void team so idk if that affected it.
