i was rolling for shyvana 3 and bought her 2 second before the round started, the 2 shyvana 1 star upgraded into a shyvana 2 but i didn't got the shyvana 3 apparently, i was just unlucky or i was too slow?
it went from like a whole second delay to like a small .1 second window where this can happen you have to basically get the unit milliseconds before the round starts
WE need a change there since set 1, you upgrade a unit and its 2 seconds before ballte starts the champ stands on bench... we need the 0 sec fill into battle timer
I thought they fixed this a few sets ago by making the 3-star animation instant? Or maybe it's not actually "instant" but instead just faster than before

happened to me too in set 10. i was furious xd
To be fair, units used to not instantly star up in set 10. They changed it later to specifically stop this interaction, but it still happened to OP.

Probably just too slow. It looks like a case of adding the second three star after the round started.
It was out. If there are three of them on the field they should have combined. It doesn't show your bench.
