In places like garages, space utility and other work related things take priority over perfect tv viewing angle. I’d assume a workplace also has similar priorities.
Makes sense to put it at a high everyone can see it so no one complains that they ca not see the tv and there is preference for the ones that can… everyone should suffer equally
