It's going to be a long time Todd is making the game all by himself with his bare hands. He's currently sculpting the entirety of Hammerfell and High Rock at a 1:16 scale in a quarry in Montana. Next he's going to generate some PoI's for radiant quests but it'a still going to be a long time. 2027 at the earliest
