Absolutely won’t happen in today’s political climate, but lore-wise it’s accurate and should be in the game. I mean elves hate humans, so that tracks. But probably everyone will get along and all be friends because if you do anything slightly controversial or adult themed then your game will be canceled
Not more racism per say. I think racism is just one of the many ways of demonstrating that the races of TES are in fact distinct and meaningful, rather than just feeling like humans in a different coat of paint. There's plenty of ways to show this beyond just racism however.
Skyrim had hints of it, but outside of some unique dialogue there should be some actual consequences and benefits to being certain races. A dark elf Dragonborn should be making heads explode.
Oblivion made more sense to be a more tolerant land as it really is a “melting pot” kind of country.
tbf TES has always had this problem. There wasn't really any difference in choosing a Dunmer nerevarine over an Argonian/Khajiit nerevarine, when in reality it should've been very significant.
I vaguely remember some of the quests having different steps and people being mad/grumbling the whole time when I became nerevarine as an orsimer but it’s been about 15 years.
Need more of everything. Bring bullying back
There should also be a hazing quest line at the academy
"For 5 minutes, we're going to continually beat you up with wooden sticks. Hope you didn't skip your school of restoration classes, n'wah.
We should be able to fart and burp. Like, use athletics/acrobatics and levitation to jump and fart and burp in people’s faces.
Lock it behind a perk.
We also need slurs added
N'wah
We need more slurs, you're telling me we only have ONE slur??
S'wit
Creative writing for Bethesda will be dead If there aren't at least 3 slurs for each race. We don't need a sanitized game
Naw homie there’s a shitload. N’wah, s’wit, outlander, snowback, dungmer, limp-fin, tusker, furlicker… the list goes on
S'wit!
Milk drinker
That's not a slur, it's just an insult
Skooma scum.
What up my hoonding?
I agree
Thanks
You're welcome
Absolutely. My biggest greatest disappointment with Skyrim is that Neloth doesn't want my scaly hide as his personal assistant.
And if I play dunmer, "follow me" should be replaced with "serve me" if the follower is an argonian.
Also, why can't I use argonian hide as a crafting material?
100%
My last hope is that we can hire arbitrary NPCs for our hearthfire castle. I'll make an argonian sanctuary, Palworld style.
Hopefully, they get crazier with their quests world design.
Honestly yes. I wish Elder Scrolls was darker in tone
Put me in the screencap
For sure. It would make sense there would be a lot of hostility towards other races with there being so much violence.
THANK YOU.
I agree, we need more racism
I love racism in fantasy. It just feels more realistic, sadly.. But I do not expect Bethesda to do anything like that after Starfield..
Where’s the local guy screaming about how the Thalmor secretly control everything?!
For some reason, in Skyrim, my character would only decapitate Argonians via finishing move
Argonians should finishing move everybody else into the waters of hammerfell...
Foul nord
Btw are you an argonian by chance?

No we need more racism.
Killing an argonian in balmora with zero consequences cause they don’t care about beast races.
Like this should have been the case with Winterhold, so many missed chances for racism. Would have been a lot more immersive

Dude I wish. Stands-here-often is such a slimeball
On second thought I think you're actually right. I apologize.
No problem, just join my march for more racism
