Trains are running late following a vehicle damaging rail infrastructure at West Ryde earlier. Stops and platforms may continue to change at short notice. Services may be less frequent and trips may take longer than usual. Continue to use Metro services between Epping, Chatswood and Central or alternatively use T1 North Shore trains to reach the city. Limited buses may supplement some trains between Epping and Rhodes. Please advise customers to allow extra travel time, listen for announcements, check information screens and transport apps for updates before getting on trains.

It all seems to be back up and running now, though still a couple cancelled services here and there.
Can anyone confirm if it’ll be back up tonight?

Bridge is okay - services should resume as normal for afternoon peak. Or as close to normal as we can get.
Ooof that's going to make my afternoon complicated.
Maybe the truckie should have known his height.
what makes you say that?
The truck was over height and went through the underpass colliding with the bridge roof
I didn’t think I’d seriously have to add /s to that comment.
