There are no free Switch game shops in Tinfoil that I know of. You are getting trolled by a fake one.
Either sideload the game from a ROM or buy it from Nintendo.
Mine works I downloaded SM odyssey and SMP but SMP JAMBOREE TROLL ME FOR SOME REASON
