Looking for a decent laptop for everyday tasks and work (mostly MS Office). I need a quiet laptop that doesn't boot up like a jet engine (looking at my current dell inspiron from many years ago). I also need min 1Tb SSD storage, and 32gb ram would be nice but 16gb can do.

• Total budget (in local currency) and country of purchase. Please do not use USD unless purchasing in the US: 1000€ in Belgium (can ship from neighbouring countries too)
• Are you open to refurbs/used? Yes if it's in a shop here in belgium.
• How would you prioritize form factor (ultrabook, 2-in-1, etc.), build quality, performance, and battery life? Needs a good battery life. A 180° hinge and touch screen are also good but not necessary.
• How important is weight and thinness to you? As long as it's not too chonky and heavy it's ok
• Do you have a preferred screen size? If indifferent, put N/A. Must be 15-16 inch.
• Are you doing any CAD/video editing/photo editing/gaming? List which programs/games you desire to run. Not much, maybe at most minecraft. But want it to be fast and responsive when working with large excels.
• If you're gaming, do you have certain games you want to play? At what settings and FPS do you want? Minecraft at 1080p 60fps is about it.
• Any specific requirements such as good keyboard, reliable build quality, touch-screen, finger-print reader, optical drive or good input devices (keyboard/touchpad)? Needs HDMI, 1 (preferably 2) usb A, 1 usb C, mini/SD card, headphone jack, azerty keyboard.
