A bit of context: You might see the term "stream sniper" come up multiple times in the thread. Stream sniping initially referred to when a viewer played against a streamer in a video game and watches their stream while playing to get an unfair advantage, which is typically knowing their exact location. It can also apply to irl streamers. When it happens to an irl streamer, the viewer watches the stream to figure out the person's exact location, then approaches in-person, usually to harass them.

Some notable comments:
I dont even like clavicular, but those guys are harassing lots of streamers for a long time. Claiming to be apart of a gang and affiliation with kodak black. They often carry guns. Clav tried to leave after letting them say what they wanted, and they then jumped on his car. Shouldn't of hit the gas, but at the same time they were asking for it. They couldn't just stop. We get it you wanna fight ed mathews just go away. Copy my comment to here so people dont get the story twisted from bait clips. Edit Clav let go to drive away in tesla he hit the stalker in https://kick.com/markynextdoor/clips/clip_01KDA5VG61QFERC316JTQRQ5F1
We are really upgrading from nuisance streamers to felon streamers
Well, is he dead?
Clavicular manslaughter
First Altercation Clav had with the snipers before he got in his car: https://x.com/kick_clips/status/2004034081412227174 More Clips of the snipers going to streamers houses https://x.com/KickClipFarm/status/2002261375695897056 https://x.com/ClavicularAlert/status/1998689008985989522 https://x.com/ragefy/status/1997278165316894952 The stream snipers also deleted all their kick clips right after the altercation it seems like]
Wait so they were blocking him in and wouldn't let him leave while harrassing him? and people are on the snipers side?
Obviously the guy on the car is an idiot for doing that, but I don’t think most people realize how psychotic Clavicular is. The looksmaxxing community is already pretty demented, but he is like 4chan level deep and has said and written some of the most disturbing stuff. Not only that but he’s admitted to taking concoctions of drugs, steroids, and abusing alcohol. He has been on steroids and testosterone since his early teens and has given out plenty of horrible advice to young teens and boys. There is no way this guy’s body is functioning in even half the way it should be in the next 10 years if he keeps this up. If there was a category for “people who should be banned from the whole internet” I would put him in it because it’s so scary to me that he has any influence on young men and teenage boys because he has “ascended” from looksmaxxing.
The usual 'kick streamer' bait title post EXPLANATION: I’m not even a Clavicular fan but this isn’t some random out of nowhere thing. Those guys have been bothering streamers for a LONG time bragging about gang ties and Kodak Black connections and they’re usually armed. How would you react? Clav let them talk, tried to drive off and that’s when they started jumping on his car. Was hitting the gas smart? Probably not but they were clearly pushing it and weren’t about to just back off. Would I push the paddle if I had my family with me? 100%
If you’re gonna jump infront/ontop of someone’s car and act like a fool you deserve to be run over honestly
This might surprise some redditors in these comments, you can't just kill people for causing you minor annoyances, even if they do it repeatedly. Unless the guy can prove he had reason to believe his life was legitimately in danger (Spoiler alert he cant) then there is 0 chance he gets away with this unless the guy chooses not to press charges (but even then) This also isn't helped by you calmly stating you hope he's dead after doing it or your friend calmly suggesting doing it from the backseat, clearly not much fear. That's not to say the guy who got run over should be at all surprised by what happened but Fuck Around and Find Out isn't a defense in court
Edit:
I found a post of the stream sniper harassing other internet celebrities in the past, including the streamer who would eventually hit him with his car.
https://www.reddit.com/r/LivestreamFail/comments/1pvbe32/clips_showing_the_stream_sniper_whom_clavicular/
I’ve never felt more out of touch than when reading the words “looksmaxxing community”
Wait till you hear about "mewing." It is sadly not about cats.
Of course.
this is a starter pack for a specific kind of guy
You forgot Meth, not even joking.
We need a research grant for studying the psychological profiles of Cybertruck owners. I'd wager there'd be a pronounced median anti-social temperament that afflicts these people.
So you're saying it could've just been an accident?
Sometimes the "legally you can't call it an autopilot" just does that.
I'm still fully convinced no teslas were ever actually set on fire during any protests. They all just caught fire unprompted.
I recall instances of Waymos being set on fire by protesters, but not cybertrucks.
"What if the cyber truck just did that?"
Claviculars into looksmaxxing and has an incel audience so not surprising
New flair
FUCK
We can share <3
I hope you share the clavicular manslaughter and not the 14 inch sounding rod.
Both is fine honestly.
🎶 Dancing tip to tip 🎶
They can meet in the middle like Lady and the Tramp eating spaghetti
I hope the sounding rod is sturdier than a piece of spaghetti.
I actually did a double take to make sure I read your comment correctly, because
wut?
Then I saw that flair and understood what you were referring to.
But 14 inches is so much to go around
That’s enough for like half a dozen guys!
What had r/TheNanny been accused of? Please don't tell me it was terrorism.
If I remember correctly, there was someone taking serious umbrage with users there criticizing a shitty storefront's even worse Nanny-related products that someone likely involved with that company went on an ill-advised crusade against the subreddit, including making wild accusations that the users were terrorizing the owners of that storefront.
It was as stupid as Amy Bouzaglo trying to convince Facebook that she and her husband were totally normal people after the Amy's Baking Company episode of Kitchen Nightmares. Like, there's just no undoing your insane behavior when failing to save face.
Well phooey that sounds like a good bit of drama over an old sit com
Here it is from about a month ago! There was some followup, but this is the SRD post that I remember best.
Oh hey, thanks for that
Yours is so much better. And cringe. It hurts me.
Idk, yours is better I feel
My favorite are all the internet lawyers trying to claim hes definitely going or he's clearly innocent of any crime and won't get charged with anything.
Reddit turns into Charlie Kelly's experts on
birdautomotive law at the drop of a hat.And it's hilarious how many of them think traffic laws that only apply to their city/state are universal. Right turns on red are completely legal where I live, except when signage says otherwise, but I have had so many stupid debates with Redditors who've told me I'm breaking the law by turning right on a red...because it's not allowed where they live.
It's like arguing traffic laws with someone from Wee Britain.
If you think Reddit is bad, TikTok is even worse. Even worse arguments but everything is prefixed with "bro" and "he deserved to get run over. Florida actually lets you run over people it's legal there."
Nah YouTube is worse. In my experience TikTok and Reddit are crap but YouTube comments are the absolute cesspool
Edit: Just the comments not the platforms. I’m my experience TikTok comments in my fandoms are way better than Reddits by a hefty margin. But that’s just my niche side of otome.
Very much depends where it happened and how the cops/prosecutors feel.
Plenty of US states have laws that say lethal violence is an acceptable reaction to being scared your life may be in danger
Depending on the laws, you'd still have to convince the court the panicked reaction was reasonable in the circumstances. It can't be "I saw them posing with a gun on their Facebook and assumed they had it on them when they got mad at me".
But this is Florida so he's sure to get a pass.
Skin color is a major determining factor, guess which one helps
Not always. I still remember when that freak killed Jordan Davis over loud music in Jacksonville and he's doing life in prison now. Florida's stand your ground law doesn't guarantee you a free pass if you're out in public.
Also the killing of Markeis McGlockton which was a big news story for a while. Got off scot-free initially because of stand your ground laws but was then hit with a Manslaughter charge later and is currently doing 20 years in prison.
Not always but a major predictor: https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/abs/pii/S0277953615300642
Yeah, but (and I'm not basing this on studies or anything) having your face covered in stupid fucking tattoos even trumps skin color, probably.
Literally all things being equal, in Florida the single biggest determining factor is whether you are non white
I want to preface this by saying I don’t think his life was at risk and he didn’t appear to think it was but the group of snipers, including the guy he hit, were visibly armed and brandishing all night
But your situation however is nothing like this one. These guys harassed them multiple times , the guys say they are gang affiliated and the guy was jumping on the hood of his car. A competent lawyer should be able to craft a story of his clients being scared. The blase reaction could be excused by him trying to keep up his on stream persona. This is also Florida as you mentioned.
The reaction could also just be chocked up to shock.
And some have a very lenient interpretation of when it's reasonable to fear for your life.
florida 🍵
There are also plenty of places where nothing can really justify running someone over. It's a messy situation either way.
If he’s in Florida he’s probably fine.
what the fuck else are they gonna do on christmas
The loxxmaxing communtiy? The guys who believe their testosterone goes into the chin?
No, you're thinking of looksmaxxing. Loxmaxxing is about finding the absolute finest cured salmon for your bread or bagel
Uh, no, LOXmaxxing is a term exclusively used by amateur rocketry enthusiasts.
False, and anti-salmon slander 😤
Testosterone is like piss, it goes in the balls!
They think testosterone goes to the chin?
They have a thing for square jaws, promoting bizarro facial excercises to look like thr gugachad guy. If they have a square-ish jaw they think other men are lesser because square jaw = testosterone. Obviously not real. They call it 'mewing' and it was a trend.
maybe im officially too old for threads like these
no, you just aren't terminally online enough.
[deleted]
I feel called out
rightfully.
I think people sometimes forget that there actually a lot of young people who are not all that online, and if you tried to explain a lot of these internet things to them they'd look at you like you're a freak. Sure they're not entirely disconnected, but they don't actually know about all the weird shit.
I am the definition of terminally online and even I am appalled by these comments. These people are insane
Looksmaxxing is just the new way to say body dysmorphia
I took one look at “looksmaxxing-tok” and it’s full of people promoting eating disorders to young men. Young girls had “wonyoungism” which is equally as bad. I fear for this generation.
What's funny is that I haven't even heard that term in a couple of years because it's relatively old by internet meme standards
Looksmaxxing is so last year we all do modmaxxing now
I guess after the apocalypse, when the world is one giant desert, we'll all be MadMaxxing.
It’s one of those Incel things that broke containment and now the rest of the internet knows about it
https://i.imgur.com/IvTzaP4.jpeg
Livestreamers and cybertrucks. It's like a douchebag singularity.
The first call the guy made after running over a person was Adin Ross. Kids apparently love watching this shit.
I love this joke, I just wish it didn't include literally an innocent cross dresser.
Fuck, I miss Norm :(
What is that user tag????
Norm MacDonald was a legend
God rest his soul he knew exactly what to say
Oh this will be so fucking good.
The real life fallout from this is going to be huge.
Are we sure this isn't guerrilla marketing for the American Psycho remake next year?
Being attractive and rich with sociopathic tendencies is such a horrific combo, because these people can basically get away with anything and rarely see any consequences. You kinda need to have all 3 of them to truly make it work. Because if you're only attractive and rich you can still fuck up if you're a normal person who allow criticism to get to you, and who spend time self reflecting.
I know it doesn't really matter, it's just one of those stupid pet peeves of mine, but...if it's an adaptation of the same source material, it's not a remake!
[deleted]
Vile shit you could see Kick streamers do is something else. Reality TV people seem like well adjusted individuals compare to Kick streamers and people who watch them.
It's crazy how redditors quickly jump to attempted murder is okay if your slightly inconvenienced while driving. I see it all the time whenever a thread pops about people protesting by blocking a street.
Not just Redditors. Seemingly a big portion of Americans, and many car drivers worldwide. Something about being in a car really seems to fuck with people's brains.
I got curious and looked up some articles on road aggression.
More
1.They engage in hostile, aggressive thinking. They’re more likely to insult other drivers or express disbelief about the way others drive. Their thoughts also turn more often to revenge, which sometimes means physical harm.
2.They take more risks on the road. High-anger drivers are more likely to go 10 to 20 mph over the speed limit, rapidly switch lanes, tailgate, and enter an intersection when the light turns red.
3.High anger drivers get angry faster and behave more aggressively. They’re more likely to swear or name-call, to yell at other drivers, to honk in anger. And they’re more likely to be angry not just behind the wheel, but throughout the day.
4.High-anger drivers had twice as many car accidents in driving simulations. They also report more near-accidents and get more tickets for speeding.
5.Short-fused drivers experience more trait anger, anxiety, and impulsiveness. Perhaps from work or home stress, high-anger drivers are more likely to get in the car angry; they also tend to express their anger outward and act impulsively.
You are now a mod of /r/fuckcars, unironically.
Armed men jumping on your car is a little more than inconvenienced. Protestors usually aren't brandishing guns and jumping on your car, and if they are brandishing guns and jumping on your car like... yeah okay, I think it's sane and logical to presume you've entered a "kill or be killed" situation.
Murder is not okay but stalking, harassing and jumping on someone's car is more than an inconvenience.
Or hitting cyclists. Don't forget all the carbrained cyclist hate.
On one hand, running over people is generally a bad thing to do, on the other hand some stream snipers can be the scum of the Earth.
The only thing going for the streamer is he used his vehicle as the weapon. Lobbying has made penalties for that less severe and much harder to convict a person for using.
He just killed somebody. Then drove away, acting like nothing happened. Then uploaded it on the internet. And then said "hopefully he's dead". Man, we are so fucked as a society.
I don't really count Kick streamers as part of society.
Holy moly for a second I forgot we really do live in a society
Where are the admins? I have gotten a 2 day vacation for "glorifying violence" (or whatever the rule is called) for pointing out gun laws while most of the people in that thread are acting like running someone over because they are annoying is a rational action
They kinda pick and choose what to care about.
They're especially sensitive to any perceived threats made against nazis.
Can confirm. I've had multiple accounts permabanned for daring to suggest hurting Nazis
It's really odd. I got a three day ban for using an extremely common phrase... K T cameraman.
No way! I thought there was a subreddit named that as well
There is lol
CBT the cameraman
[deleted]
Case in point: T_D broke every inviolable terms of service rule by the time Trump was inaugurated in 2017, but the admins flat refused to ban it...until the mods stopped policing the users targeting DoJ employees.
Fuck, they even promoted the Unite the Nazis rally by openly admitting there'd be Nazis there, spent the next three years lying about Heather Heyer dying of a heart attack and never so much as got a slap on the wrist, despite what every user there and now on r/Conservative says about their free speech being violated by the admins.
Or when they reinstated Kotaku in Action cause the chinless Spez thinks "Racism and misogyny are valuable discussion <3"
And let's not forget the paradox of "Spez moderating the jailbait subreddit", where he apparently both knew about it, but also didn't know about it, depending on who's defending him. (He knew about it ffs it was one of the first subreddits opened when they created the ability to create subreddits)
Remember r/drama was banned for far less and deprieved the world of much needed Ben10 posts.
and nothing of value was lost
Wrong, Masterlawlz posting is 100x more valuable than anything that the dung heap called /r/LivestreamFail
While I'm shedding no tears for r/drama, LSF is worse.
I got one of those for a Luigi thirst trap meme.
Because the killer in question is a white Floridian cybertruck owner. From the admins view glorifying his actions is not just allowed, it's the position they expect you to take
Yeah but have you considered that you haven't given money to Reddit lately? Spaces like LSF are consistently breaking the rules but because they have large amounts of money rewarding users who are engaging in harassment campaigns, and mysteriously Reddit never finds these places to be rule breaking.
Can we get a source on this?
u/spez
Fuck Spez
It's Christmas. They probably won't be back until Monday.
I got warned for quoting the Norm Macdonald bit about everyone involved in a story should die, in reference to drama between Hasan and Destiny. Totally cool moderation they got.
I got a week ban on an old account for saying "i wish someone would have picked up a fryer basket and smacked that idiot in the face". I'm 99% sure the bans are all bs
aren’t they in the US? because someone carrying a gun doesn’t give you the right to try to kill them with a car. there are folks who carry guns to daycares here.
what happened to just calling the police on fucking weirdos? they could have stayed in the car and dialed 911 in his impenetrable cyborg truck
At least one State (probably Florida, maybe not) basically made it legal to run over anybody if you feel in any way threatened. Happened right after the BLM protests.
sounds like florida.
Shithole
Don't worry, the entire state will be uninhabitable in two or three decades. And climate related insurance costs will make sure it's unaffordable for all but the richest of right wing chuds long before that.
Especially since a lot of homes are on 30 year mortgages and banks don't want to be stuck owning a parcel if it is likely to be unviable by the end of that period.
Good.
It definitely was Florida, the state run by the the guy in his gender-affirming high heel boots who likes hiring cops fired for excessive force.
[deleted]
Exactly. We have the right to bear arms and we're presumed innocent until proven guilty, but also cops can shoot you for no reason (after breaking into your house) and justify it afterwards by saying you had a gun.
Fuck, they'll shoot kids and lie about those kids having a gun.
The police generally don’t respond to these calls. There seems to be a bias against streamers in PDs. Famous examples being Myth stealing back his car and Amouranth having a stalker live in the bushes across from her place for 30 days.
I don't think cops almost ever deal with stalkers well, and they don't investigate pretty much any thefts from normal people either, whether it's a car or a phone or whatever, doesn't matter if you've got a LoJack or anything either, still not their problem.
Cops just generally don't deal with stalkers unless that person is knocking on your door and screaming murder
Oh yeah, instead of doing violence call the police, they're famously able to reduce violence!
I mean even if the police pop the guy, it means you aren't at any risk of being charged with attempted murder lol
let them shoot the guy, problem solved. police doing their what they usually do.
Caitlyn Jenner has entered the chat
Buckle up, buckaroo!
The stream sniper is basically mentally and personally identical to 90 percent of streamers just less successful. Both are driven by the exact same clout junkie tendencies. Although I’d be open to declaring open season on streamers I think that running people over should generally be avoided in a functioning society.
You'd be fine with streamers as a whole being harmed?
I'm sure there's 1 or 2 that don't deserve it. Maybe 3, at a push.
Yeah more or less.
Finally something different to talk about...nevermind they'll always find a way to talk about Hasan lmao
Ctrl + F "Hasan" on that post has 11 results
Man I hate being right sometimes 😭
"Kick streamer..."
This is all I need to know who the bad guy is.
Exactly. Anyone streaming on Kick is gutter trash.
That subreddit is a fucking cesspool
That thread got brigaded like crazy when it was first posted. All his fans saying it was deserved. It’s somewhat leveled out now as more normal people have come in.
I don't think it got brigaded, I think it is just filled with shitty people.
It's r/LivestreamFail, so it's definitely filled with shitty people.
70 percent of the sub seems to be a thread like "Asmongold has opinion on politics." and then "Hasan is evil. we should form a mob and get him." the other 30 is like "Emiru kawaii."
normal people on LiveStreamFail? Is that possible?
LSF would defend literally anything from any white boy dripping in lame, banal evil energy.
Go around harassing people, it's only a matter of time until someone takes serious issue with it.
A lot of people have gotten way too comfortable being an obnoxious piece of shit.
Some of those obnoxious pieces of shit own cyber trucks and run people over too, like that guy
Lol!
People genuinely think that a trip to prison is the worst thing that could ever happen to you.
Everybody has a limit. If a stream sniper decides to make it their life's goal to stalk and fuck around with a single streamer for a long period of time, rolling the dice on a prison sentence to remove the stalker from their life starts to sound really appealing.
It doesn't really matter if it's a good thing or not, it will happen regardless.
Attempted murder seems like
Here's hoping he gets jail.
If I had a quarter for every time this week there was drama on LSF about streamers running people over, I'd have two.
Not a lot, but weird it's happened twice.
I'm starting to believe being a streamer is completely incompatible with being a decent person. Every few days there's someone being found to be a rapist, animal abuser, and/or violent criminal.
Kick Streamer.
There are tons of people that just stream themselves talking about movies or playing video games, or making art.
Kick Streamers specifically are a mix of like disgusting perverts who try to get nudes, violent rich assholes that make scenes in public, and scumbags that sell gambling to kids.
This is the main reason why I've never really given a shit about streamers: every week there's news about one being an open Nazi now.
It seems to be a profession that attracts absolute pieces of shit who can't wait to abuse their newfound fame, especially with underage fans.
This is why the only streamer I bother with is Sasha Grey, because she's an openly left-wing gamer in her late 30s, and hasn't had any controversies so far in her long career as a former porn star, actress, author and DJ.
Same is true for redditors yet here you are.
lmao you pissed him off so bad he deleted his account
Don't worry some guy from arr destiny or arr asmongold will somehow rope Hasanabi into this and it'll go back to a circlejerk.
Harassment (even repeatedly) is not an excuse for vehicular homicide.
As a non american: when someone is harassing you and possesses a weapon that can instantly end your life in one use, are you really expected to gamble that you'll survive the first shot before taking action?
Something very similar just happened in Metro Detroit.
There was a "road rage" incident where a car despite refusing to let an SUV merge into their lane, eventually got in front of them. They both wound up stuck as traffic at a stop light with the SUV directly in front of the car in the same right-most lane (incident happened here). The driver of the SUV gets out and approaches the car. The driver of the car maces the SUV driver. The passenger of the SUV gets out and brandishes a pistol while the driver that had gotten maced attempts to step in front of the car that was slowly angling toward the driver-side of the SUV. At that point the driver takes off once they have enough room and the passenger with a gun aims downrange and fires at the vehicle. Did I mention that same person with a gun was well into his 60s and proclaimed, "I can't see" at some point before drawing and discharging his firearm?
It's pretty clear to most people that while the car were being the typical jerks that didn't allow someone to merge, the people in the SUV were the aggressors, escalated the situation, and initiated physical intimidation. Not just that, but they recklessly discharged a firearm that could have easily killed innocent bystanders, all because his driver made themselves the aggressor twice.
Answer ultimately is, "It depends." The right to retreat in defense, or the duty to retreat, is given at a wider range than, "You can shoot a gun at someone after they have committed any violent act just because."
They'd need to be brandishing the weapon for a self defense claim to be viable.
This.
My question isn't about laws. Would you wait until the psycho stalker starts brandishing the gun? Would you tell anyone in your life who took action to protect themselves before that "should've waited until he brandished the gun"
They still need to be actively brandishing the weapon at you for it to be appropriate to escalate to lethal force. That's all there is to it, sorry.
do you know they have a gun on them at that point?
There's other options than straight up murder when you're in a car and they aren't.
I'm not that murderous by default, maybe you're different though.
I believe in this instance the person who got run over had recorded themselves brandishing that very night.
What are the options when the person is literally hanging on your car?
I think it's a bit shitty to call someone acting in self defense "murderous" but you do you. Obviously you see the situation differently because of your questions. Like have you ever had a relative stalked before? You might not be so dismissive if you actually had someone stalked by a psycho who brandishes weapons on social media and talks about committing violence, etc.
Doesn't matter. Owning a gun and recording yourself with it doesn't give people the legal authority to murder somebody.
Put your bullet-resistant three-ton truck into reverse and drive away.
The day that subreddit is finally banned there should be a site-wide celebration.
Atleast its not hasan drama
Fuck them, don’t know who the dude is but I you are harassing me, making me feel threatened, and won’t let me leave while I’m in my fucking car and you stand in the front like a maniac I’m gonna go forward and nothing is gonna stop me.
The same r/LivestreamFail that ran nonstop ‘Hasan shocked his dog’ clips for like 6 weeks, btw
,
god imagine being a 1% commenter in that shithole of a sub
Well at least that sub took a short break from just making shit up about Hasan.
Damn thats crazy
