You dont need to fill them all in when I went to college I only put in my first pref and second pref. If you do have an interest in another course just put them down in the order you are interested in them not in the order by points / grades needed. I don't think the colleges even have any idea what your other courses are bar the one you get offered so dont worry about it

Don't throw anything you have little or no interest in. If you want to do medicine, then medicine it is. Being open to Cork or Galway is the only thing I can say.

You don't need to fill all ten, like maybe throw Cork on there as a hail mary but you don't need to fill it, especially when it's something specialised
