Main question : Is there any person who got refused from same refusal point and apply again and got visa ?
My refusal point are as follows :
Insufficient documentation submitted in support of the application and / or the quality of supporting
documentation submitted in the following areas has diminished the overall strength of your
application;
- Financial Summary Form
- Financial documents

- You have not sufficiently addressed your prior visa refusal.
- Insufficient evidence submitted of strong obligations to return to your home country, refer to our
website for ways to demonstrate your obligations to return.
F:- Finances:- evidence provided is deemed insufficient or incomplete
- Personal financial documentation has been submitted in respect o f the applicant. As p e r the ISD
website you must submit an up to date six month personal bank statement and any large or irregular
lodgements (e.g. student loans, lodgement of Savings Certificates, the sale of a property or any similar
type sources) must be fully explained. You must submit this whether you are covering the costs of
your studigs/P.rnStLue bankefdatement loe smude do koratie required six months.
- The financial documentation submitted in support of this visa application has been examined,
however the Visa Officer is not satisfied that the finances shown are sufficient for the purposes of the
visa.
- The average balance maintained in your account immediately prior to the application has not been
deemed sufficient.
- No Financial Summary Form has been submitted as part of this application, refer to ISD website for
full list of required documentation. All applicants for long stay Irish study visas must complete this
form. As per Section 5: For each sponsor declared in the form, signed consent and copies of an official
identity document (which includes their signature) must be provided. Failure to do so will result in the
sponsor, and any of their stated finances, being excluded from assessment.
INCO - Inconsistencies e.g. contradictions in the information supplied.

- Personal bank statement - does not cover the required six months.

- You have not sufficiently addressed your prior Canadian visa refusal.
OB: - Obligations to return to home country have not been deemed sufficient
The visa officer has considered the information submitted in support of your application and has
found insufficient evidence of strong obligations to return to your home country.
OC:- Condition - The applicant may overstay following proposed visit.
The Visa Officer is not yet satisfied, based on the supporting documentation submitted, that the
applicant has demonstrated that the primary reason for coming to Ireland is for the purposes of study.
OC:- Observe the conditions of the visa - the visa sought is for a specific purpose and duration:- the

The applicant has not sufficiently demonstrated the need to undertake this course in this state.
What's this sub going to say that the other ones you've posted on over the last month haven't?
You were refused on multiple grounds and your options are either, submit the correct documentation and explanations on appeal or leave it.
There's no secret options, and tbh, it's probably the Canadian refusal that's the main reason and everything else is stemming from that too.
My canada refusal was visit visa refusal not student refusal
Irish immigration doesn't care what type of visa it was, it's that it was removed
I am finding some one who have applied with the same reason and got approved, i am trying my luck here , on fb i am getting more negative comment that once the decision is made on these points its not gonna change , so if thats true then i should go for another country
You fucked yourself with the visa refusal stuff, people are being real with you
Yeh i did messed up , thats why i am finding someone that fixed all the mistake and reapplied and got visa approved , or they applied and get the same refusal point before , thats why i am asking people around to get a clear point
You know what you need to fix, someone else's case is not yours.
Get off the forums, stop procrastinating and submit the appeal
Dude, you were refused. Move on to a different country. Life is hard enough in Ireland for Indians being mistaken as Pakistani. I cannot recommend Ireland.
According to your post history, this is the second time you’ve been rejected. I’d say don’t bother unless you can sort out your financial documents
I was rejected four times but from different countries. Australian Visa officier literally said you might stay here legally after your course so I use my authority to not to grant this visa to you. He wrote there was no mistake in the application. Since their student visa application really expensive , at least 4page rejection paper was genuine.
For info, the particular private college that you chose is absolutely not a university of the same calibre as places like DCU, UCD, UCC etc.
It’s also worth considering whether the market is saturated re data analytics.

I was refused four times until getting my student visa. Move on try another place or make improvements on your situation like gaining professional experience and apply again.
