Like we waited for 3 Years for S5 and the now we have to wait till 25 dec, even more crazy part final episode will air on 31st . After 4th episode of S5 vol 1 I can't wait anymore, now 24×7 I am only thinking abt this ewww...
I don’t have enough karma to post this properly so I’m here in the comments and I need help lol
Every time someone has entered the UD, the screen has obviously flipped or made it known that they were indeed “upside down”. We see this especially in the last episode of S4 when the gang are entering and exiting from Eddies trailer.
Now in S5E4 (maybe this is a spoiler idk but spoiler alert?) when Steve, Dustin, Nancy and Jonathan drive through the portal at the farm, they just goes straight through, no upside down, no epic cinema to make it obvious, they just drive straight through. Do you think this is intentional or just a minor detail that doesn’t mean anything?
I think them intensely driving into the upside down through the closing gate signifies that they made it into the upside down, besides they are in the upside down because they are able to communicate with Hopper and El (due to better signal) and they investigate the wall in the upside down and everything...
Yea totally, I know they made it into the UD, I guess my question was more about the transition itself.
What I’m curious about is why Stranger Things didn’t use the usual camera flip or visual cue when they went through. Every other time the characters cross dimensions, the camera makes it super clear.
So I’m wondering if the lack of a flip was intentional storytelling (maybe the barrier is weaker between the two worlds or the worlds are merging? Like the UD is bleeding through into Hawkins?) or if it was just a small detail they skipped. That’s the part I’m trying to figure out

Only 15 days to go. 🫶 Just hold on, it'll be here too soon.
But these 15 days look like 15 month

yeah, my mum says i aint living December as intense as i should have.
The suspense is killing me
I'm waiting for it's trailer
Literally I don't even mind waiting on v2 I just want the trailer
I'm getting my fix by watching reactions to the first volume on YouTube. And re-watching it more than is probably reasonable.
Let's play Running Up That Hill on loop til it releases.
Is it gonna be at the same time as the Volume 1? 👁️👁️
With you mate less than 16 days!
Any what if style fanfiction out there?(Mileven centric please )
It's Christmas day right? I'm afraid they're gonna have to wait a little while longer for me to watch
